A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. We are located in the quiet ‘old’ part of Torquay across the road from Whites (beautiful dog friendly) beach with walking and biking tracks leading to town centre about 2km away. Cafes, restaurants, bars, playgrounds, shops and supermarkets are easily accessible by a walk or short drive.

There are 3 bedrooms; one has a queen bed, the second a king single with trundle and the third a bunk (double with single bed). The bathroom has a shower over a bath with a separate toilet.
