Heather and bill were absolutely incredible right from when we booked and throughout our entire stay they were incredibly helpful. Right down to even greeting us at the gate and giving us helpful tips to get around the property and local area. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking to stay in the Hunter area

We had an amazing stay for a country family wedding. Summer was a great host from the start with her great communication and clear instructions. The apartment was beautifully fitted out and everything was so comfortable, clean and even better than a hotel. Cafes, shops was just downstairs. Waking up to the sun rise from the window looking out to the river was a great start to the day. It didn't affect our stay in anyway, but just a caution to anyone who doesn't like stairs or can't walk up many, access to the apartment might be difficult. Overall, a lovely weekend away in Maitland.

What an amazing stay. Not only was everything even nicer than expected, Ryan was super helpful and very responsive. From the moment of booking all the way to check-out, interactions were clear, helpful and seamless. Gramercy is a divine, beautifully appointed home, extremely clean with sweet welcoming touches of snacks and sparkling. Would highly recommend and use as a base again when visiting the Hunter. Had the most beautiful, relaxing girls trip here! The hot tub was 10/10 and the lounge area was perfectly set up for a group to hang out around the fire. All the rooms were clean and spacious too. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others.

Loved our stay here for the weekend - so pretty and well decorated for a girls weekend. Walking distance to shops / cafes. We came down for vineyards tasting which all I’d recommend is booking taxis in advance. Airbnb itself we all said we’d happily book again!!

We had a lovely stay at this home. The property was very clean and felt brand new, with a well-equipped kitchen. The hot tub and fireplace were perfect for relaxing. The place was in walking distance to the shops and cafes which was great. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Only downside was the shower pressure, which was slightly weak, but overall it didn’t take away from a fantastic weekend getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yannicks place. It had everything we needed and very comfy. Also nicely decorated and homely. We were there for a wedding in Polkobin and the location was a smooth and fairly short trip to the wedding. Although Millfield is a very quiet town it’s only a short trip into Cessnock that has everything you need like restaurants and supermarkets etc. We would be happy to stay at Yannicks again next time we’re in the area :-)
