My family and I felt right at home. We were really comfortable in this cozy cottage. We really recommend it to all families also thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of Giulia's mother who gave us excellent tips for restaurants, to visit San Marino and made us find a typical San Marino dessert for breakfast. The house is very comfortable, in a very quiet area a stone's throw from the countryside, but convenient by car to any local attraction. TOP!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay and Christiano and Sara were both very friendly and helpful - the place is beautiful and Sara and Christiano have a shop with delikatesses just below the apartment which we also enjoyed during our stay. /Eva

Everything is perfect - from check-in to the location and cleanliness of the property. A great structure surrounded by greenery, just 10 minutes from the sea. great apartment, convenient for parking and close enough to the center. the most pleasing aspect was the solution for the bed: no blankets, bedspreads or duvets that can't be washed at each change of guests but a duvet cover, truly the only hygienic solution for the bed. congratulations!

My partner and I stayed in Marianna's apartment for a couple of days and had a great time, we felt at home. The apartment was clean and welcoming, it matched the photos and description in the listing exactly. We also particularly appreciated the breakfast provided. The area is quiet and central, you can easily get around on foot to visit the various monuments. Marianna was very nice and always proactive. Highly recommended stay, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Lovely, warm apartment with great views- at the front over to Rimini and the Adriatic and a side view of the castles above at San Marino City which looked particularly good at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Chiara sent photos to help us locate the apartment and the parking space which was very helpful although it still took us a few minutes to find it! The apartment had everything we needed. Due to the thick walls, the wi-fi signal was only really good in the living room but that was fine for us. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola taking you up to the city.

Nicoletta was very welcoming and accommodating. She was always responsive and proactive and made me feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items and the bedroom was nice and cosy. Her place is about a thirty minute walk from the beach which you can get to by walking through the lovely Parco Fabbri and just a five minute walk from the house is Parco Giovanni Paolo II, which is a peaceful place to take a stroll by the lake. I will definitely be hoping to book the place again the next time I am in Rimini!

Letizia is a very accommodating host. Your accommodation is located in an idyllic property, is spacious and lovingly furnished. A private parking space right in front of the entrance was also available to me, as well as a remote control for the electronic roller door. Thanks to the extensive amenities, I lacked nothing and I felt very comfortable right away. Letizia's warm welcome consisted of providing me with a freshly baked traditional "Ciambella" cake. A nice gesture that I really appreciate! Heartfelt thanks and best wishes!

We had a very good time in the house, there is a parking lot in the square next door which is very convenient. The house has everything you expect and is very quiet. Great experience 😉

Gorgeous place in the hills of the Marches. we loved this place and will surely come back to visit Maria and her family. The breakfast she brought every morning was a delight, the surroundings were beautiful and so serene and of course we all enjoyed the pool so much especially considering the heat. We felt at home. Very comfortable room in a very pretty establishment in a quiet and nice neighborhood, not far from the center. We stayed in a room for two people with a balcony. Gabriele was very helpful and friendly, made the best breakfast and also let us leave our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the city a bit more. If we ever get back to Ravenna will definitely prefer Gabriele's house. I undoubtedly recommend it!

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Excellent hosting by Gabriella and her husband. Available and she is full of recommendations; I highly recommend staying with Gabriella, an extremely pleasant and very caring person. The house and its beautifully green terrace are extremely pleasant and quiet.
