The place was great and the backyard was beautiful and had lots to do out there with the kids!!!! The host was fantastic i couldn't have asked for a better person.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view of the lake from the deck was stunning—sunrises with coffee and sunsets with a glass of wine quickly became our favorite moments. The location is peaceful and private, yet still close enough to town for supplies or a meal out. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we felt right at home. This was the perfect place to unplug, unwind, and make lasting memories. We can't wait to come back!

The host was flexible and responsive before and during the stay especially when I had some last minute adjustments. The home was clean, spacious, and in a relatively quiet neighborhood.

This was definitely a hidden gem! We loved the “off the beaten path” feel of the place! The huge picture windows let in plenty of natural light and was beautiful in every room! Kitchen was full of anything you needed for cooking and centrally located in home between living and dining rooms. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. It was a perfect place for our weekend get away! No complaints or concerns, and we will definitely be back!

Loved this place!! Super peaceful surroundings. The back porch was amazing with views of the creek, deer and birds. The interior is super cozy and the host thought of everything. Would definitely return!!

This Airbnb is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at and we will be coming back again! The home was incredibly clean, had a lot of space for myself and my two large dogs. There was more than enough room for two 42” crates in the living room and the bedroom and the neighborhood was very quiet and a nice place to walk the pups. The host was very responsive (within 5 minutes)They also offered every complimentary item you could have forgotten (toothbrush, soap, shampoo, etc. This home had all the essentials and more! Can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay!

We had an emergency and were unable to stay at this AirBnB. James was very responsive and available through it all. The house was pristine and beautiful, just like the pictures portrayed. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Had a great stay, the pool was not good when we arrived, but he immediately had someone on it that day and to check on it the next day. Loved the home, very spacious.

Everything truly looked just like the pictures. Outside was beautiful. Country atmosphere but just maybe 10 minutes to Main Street. It was girls weekend with my grown daughters and the pool was great! Salado has a lot to offer. We hit all the specialty shops, antique stores, restaurants and farmers market. There’s a live band at almost every restaurant in the evenings and one even Saturday morning on the square. Take some lawn chairs and enjoy the creek with the small waterfalls but get there early. It was a great family town with something for everyone. Would definitely stay at the house again. It was easy to find, nice and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and offers a gas grill. The bathrooms were nice and clean with lots of extra towels. If you forgot your towels for the pool no worries because there’s a basket full of them with plenty of games and pool toys supplied by the owners. Be sure and check this one out! I give it 5 stars for sure.

Would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Nothing but positive things to say. It was exactly what I needed for my stay in Temple.

Our stay was everything we wanted. We had a diverse group of vacationers(adults, dogs, kids, infant) and the place met all of our needs with the space to enjoy our own vacation/s. We were able to have the babies and still have adult time with the convenience under one roof. The space was absolutely functional for a large yet intimate group.

A great place to stay where the whole extended family could be together and fun things to keep the kids entertained. Lots of spaces to spread out.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great! We loved everything about it! The photos perfectly represented the house. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with lots of plush towels. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and serving pieces. We loved the Nespresso and ice machine. The view over the lake was beautiful and a perfect spot to watch the sunset! The concierge was always quick to respond to any questions we had. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again!!

What a great location for a weekend away. The large deck and lake view are a perfect way to both start and end the day. The house is fully stocked with everything you need. We really appreciated the extra towels and grill utensils. Communication was great the whole time. I hated to leave. Very much looking forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin - it was very convenient and walkable. The place was clean, and the beds were comfy. The back patio overlooks the creek where you can swim, and you can hear the band. They played late on Friday, but the fan drowned out the noise so it wasn't a problem.

Absolutely great space! Loved that it was within walking distance of all things to do. Although the Highway is a bit noisy, the cleanliness and homey-ness of the home beats it all. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful secluded home, yet not far from the road and of town. My wife and I enjoyed the quiet and peaceful scenery that made it seem as if we were in our own little paradise away from everyone. All the amenities needed were available. The fire pit close to the water as well as the back porch are perfect places to sit and watch all the different song bird, foul, wild turkey, road runners that make the cabin surroundings their home. The inside was clean, the beds comfortable and the living arrangements simple yet appropriate. We will come back with our family to enjoy the Mother Neff State Park and the surrounding area. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful cabin.

This was exactly what we needed. Calm,quiet and very cozy. Had everything we needed and then some. I loved the setup,the deer roaming the neighborhood and even the neighbor. Dennis is very kind , respectful and very responsive. Thank you Dennis,you made our stay perfect! Everything was clean,beds were comfortable carpet was nice and thick. Pictures don't do it justice it's way better! When we're in Texas again, this is our spot.
