The house was cozy and clean. We were able to relax after a long drive.

Overall a great stay for our last minute planning. Coop was extremely responsive. There was one day where there was a water issue for the entire block, so out of his control and to make up for any inconvenience he sent a gift to the house for us the next day. The only “complaints” we really had were minor things. The kitchen table only had 2 chairs at it and the seat of one was split in half. The metal ring around the bathroom faucet overflow drain kept falling off. And some areas seemed a bit dusty given it being cleaned after each stay. Outside of those minor things, would definitely recommend anyone stay at this house, it was a huge bonus having a bassinet for our daughter to sleep in, and not having to figure out where she would sleep. This is our second stay and we love the location and the host is amazing. The home is well equipped with everything you need for being away from home. It’s a safe neighborhood and close to restaurants and groceries. Sara is very responsive and offers personal touches. We will continue to stay when we come back to Texas! Thanks for hosting us Sara!

Always a 5 + star experience with this host. The properties are always immaculately maintained and extremely clean. You always feel like you are staying in your own home, so comfortable and cozy. The host communicates very well and is extremely accommodating. Always my first choice when staying in the area for work.

Really cute apartment in the Historic District. The area is full of really cool historic homes and is fun to drive through. Easy check-in and check-out. The apartment was spotless and cozy. The cupcakes and other treats were a great surprise. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall, a fantastic Christmas stay. Our extended family lives in the Salado area and this location was a quick drive to their place. The home was super clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We headed out before and after dark both days we were there and the area was well-lit. Bedding and linens were all high quality and "very cozy" according to my youngest kiddo :) Our only hiccup was that I didn't see the pets under 10 lbs stipulation until the night before we left. We had to make a quick pivot and line up other arrangements for our dog. If it's possible to move that item closer to the top of the 'house rules' section of the listing that would probably be helpful for future guests. I just thought I'd seen all the rules after I'd expanded the list and scrolled, but it was the last one and I missed it. Would definitely recommend to others and will stay here again ourselves as long as we're traveling without the pup.

Was the perfect spot for our fishing trip. Plenty of space for our boat. Very spacious living area and comfy beds.

We enjoyed our stay, the unit was clean and open, very clear instructions were posted so there was no question about expectations. The decor was nice and entry was simple.

Cindy was so helpful and responsive. Had one hiccup with getting in but was figured out quickly. Everything was fabulous.

Cute and cozy place to stay

For the most part the place was great. It had some rough areas. The mattress in the front bedroom was very hard to sleep on and it was hot as heck in that room. Other then that was a nice place for the money.
