Staying at Matthias Haus was wonderful from start to finish! We felt totally comfortable and in good hands. Matthias was always available and accommodated us with everything possible. The whole aura of the house is such a good one! The apartments are decorated with love. We 100% recommend it .

the apartment was located just in the center of premantura, next to the entrance to the park so the location was super convenient for us and our doggies. Great apartment furnished with all the necessary and perfect communication with Tia. I truly recommend this place!!!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, perfect location to reach the park both on foot and by bike, very convenient to have the parking space, very close to the center, very quiet and relaxing area. Beautiful location and fairly available host. We had a great time! Highly recommended and we would love to come back!

The apartment was super wonderful and felt like home! You can find everything you could possibly need inside, especially speaking of kitchen tools (from my Italian point of view, this is very important!). The building and the apartment are new (or just renovated, I can't say!), they look good and are very clean. The parking spot is just outside the building's door so it's perfect. The balcony/terrace was great, plenty of room for drying your clothes in the sun and to enjoy your meals in the fresh and peaceful air. The view from there was very nice and relaxing. Also the position is good, the place is quiet and at the same time you can go everywhere on foot, from the beaches to the markets and so on. The check-in/out was smooth, Vlasta was waiting for us at the reception of the nearby hotel with a smile and told us we could enjoy the hotel's pool anytime! She's a good host, keen and quick to answer our messages! We would totally recommend this place and we were very sad to go back home!

Very nice and comfortable apartment to spend a pleasant vacation in Premantura. Host Vanja and Alenka are very helpful and have prepared everything to make us have as much comfort as possible. The apartment is close to the beaches, the center of the country and all the amenities that this beautiful beach can offer.
