The apartment is perfect! has everything in the kitchen, spices, pots, dishes, etc. There is a filter with chilled water at will. Equipado tbm with a centrifugal washer and a floor and ceiling clothesline. It has a legal mto space for children. Good bathroom, warm water in the shower. The wi-fi served us very well during the stay. The condominium is quiet and very quiet, and I found it close to the airport and the shopping mall Bosque Grão Pará. Well located. All bed sheets and towels were clean and smelling. Franklin is very attentive to his guests and knows how to welcome people very well, he was very kind. With absolute certainty, I say that upon returning to Belém, they will be staying again in their apartment.

Apartment in a great location, close to several tourist spots, you can do many things on foot. It is well ventilated because it is on a high floor, but it still has a fan and air conditioning. The apartment is very spacious, the bedrooms, living room and bathroom are very large and the furniture is very beautiful. You just need to do a better job of cleaning in general, the bed linen and towels were very clean. The apartment is great, but it needs some maintenance and a little more care. Ah! Quiet Checkin, even arriving at dawn due to the time of the flight. Portaria answered quickly and had the key a disposicao. The same happened when we needed to arrive by car (which had been registered the sign at the entrance). Good location, close to basilica and with a supermarket and posted on the same block. Há tbm cafeterias and local restaurants nearby. Of some complexes it has been located for 15 minutes, which also facilitates locomotion.

We spent 11 days in the apartment, and we loved the stay, we felt totally at home. Clean, safe environment, wonderful view, and the condominium provides us with a great leisure area, with a swimming pool, park. We loved it and we would definitely return on another occasion, because in addition to the points I mentioned, it is close to everything we need, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, shopping… And the host was super helpful!

Always quiet and cozy

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Belém. Everything was close, I spent little on Uber. It was close to pharmacies, bakeries, bars and restaurants. I did everything on foot. In addition to being close to the Teatro da Paz and also to the Basilica of Our Lady of Nazareth. It's next to a 5-star hotel, and I found the streets safe in the surrounding area. The apartment is very spacious, great for being with the family. They had sweets and liqueurs waiting for us as a courtesy. Vera also left drinks and food available in the kitchen, and the price list in case we need it, all with fair prices. The apartment is super ventilated, but it also had air-conditioning in all the rooms. At the end of the stay we needed to leave the suitcase somewhere since our flight was at night, and Vera helped a lot, always responding quickly. If I go back to Belém, I intend to stay there again.
