The actual check in was as per the photos, the place was clean and quiet, the check-in messages provided by the host were accurate, and the free car space was convenient.The only small drawback, the bed was soft and unsupported.

Location is good, easily assessible from Tai Chung railway station, and to other popular attractions.Good location, very good communication with the host, and the house owner who had limited English but was very successful in telling us the house rules using gestures and sounds!! Lovely little place! Room is nice and pleasant, as advertised. Will definitely recommend.

I had a great stay here. The room is very spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view that made the stay even more relaxing. The host provided clear instructions for check-in and offered plenty of helpful information about the local area, which made it easy to explore and enjoy nearby attractions. I was looking for a place to stay in Taichung for a family trip and booked it. This is my second trip to Taichung, and I was worried that the location would be ambiguous because it was somewhat far from famous restaurants for Koreans.. Rather, it was good!! It's a building, but it's divided into three buildings, so it's in a building that feels like an accommodation building, a hotel building, and a shopping mall. It was nice to have a convenience store, Starbucks, and a restaurant in the shopping mall on the first floor! There is also a department store across the street! In particular, it was nice to be able to buy a shortcut every day at the shopping mall fruit store. You can store your luggage on the first floor in advance, and there is also a luggage storage locker in the basement of the shopping mall, so I used it well. When I moved, I took a taxi, and I was able to go to some places within 8,000 won of Korean money. There was no bedroom door in the accommodation, but it was a L-shaped structure, so it was nice to be able to use it like a separate space. Especially, the bathroom's water pressure was really, really strong, so it was the best haha Shampoo, body wash, and hand wash are provided, and I stayed for 3 days, and only one towel was provided per person.. We recommend bringing extra towels!! It was on a high floor, so the night view was great, and the whole family loved it.🙂 There are three elevators, so even though it's on a high floor, there's a waiting time. There were very few! The host also reflected the request well, and it was nice that he responded kindly and quickly!! I think I was satisfied in many ways and had a comfortable stay. If I go on a trip to Taichung again next time, I want to stay again!!

The location of the house is convenient, you can walk all the way to Qinmei and Audit Shinchon ~ Parking is good! The room is in a business hotel, there is enough space in the room, there is a sofa and a TV can be used as a rest space.

Good environmental service overall, easy access, worth referring

The old house was remodeled, the whole place was clean and bright, and there was plenty of room and living room space!Very suitable for a small gathering of friends and families ~ The bed is easy to sleep in, there is a market nearby on foot in the morning, there are many local snacks, and there are also many food options at night, it is very convenient!Parking on the street is also easy to find, I like it very much ~ ~ Recommended for everyone (´▽ ´)

A super nice host and got a convenience shop near by

Lynn's home was a wonderful place to stay during my 2 month trip in Taiwan. The decor and ambiance of the place was very artsy and inviting which was a nice change from the usual hotels I stayed at. The location is pretty convenient, within a 10minute drive to most large department stores and shopping centers. Restaurants are abundant all throughout the neighborhood so you'll never go hungry and the area is quite safe so stroll around in the evening. I'd definitely recommend Lin's place to anyone looking to spend some time in Taichung.

Conveniently located near Taichung Guangshan, suitable for riding, driving, or taking the bus. The room is on a higher floor, and it is easy to miss the elevator when checking out. If you have time constraints, we recommend going downstairs early. The house is clean and there is plenty of space for three people to sleep. I will consider this place if I need to travel with three people in the future.

Chiang is truly a super host. She was willing to work with our requested check-in and check-out time. She was present both times to help with our luggage and made sure things went smoothly. She is very responsive with all our questions and concerns, easy to communicate and personable. The location is great, it's in close proximation to all shopping and local eats. The place is nice quiet and clean, I will definitely stay there again for future trips.

Great place and location

Excellent location and clean. Well equipped home and host is responsive. The space is good for families however require to climb stairs up to 2nd floor (no lift). Only issue for improvement is that the aircon temperature setting seems to be controlled, takes a while to cool down the place. Value for money.
