The unit is separated from the owners' home by 2 locked doors, including an acoustic door, for peace and privacy. If necessary, there is access to a safe room. There is no kitchenette, there is a small fridge, a kettle and a coffee corner. There are a variety of coffee carts, restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. Synagogues nearby, a shopping mall 300 meters away, and more. A very quiet, air-conditioned, and spacious place. You can get a hot plate and platter for Shabbat and more... There is a gas system for heating water (does not operate on Saturday) and also a solar water heater. For those who come with an electric vehicle, there is also a charger for an electric vehicle.
