There is a gas system for heating water(not operating on Shabbat) and also a solar water heater. Nice studio bedroom, best for single or two people (No children and or pets please) Very close to the beach (less than 100 meters), private lawn to sit and watch the sunset. 20 min from Tel Aviv by car.
