Our 5 rooms (4 rooms for 2 and 1 room for 6), combined with 2 large relaxing areas, offer you the perfect space you need for wonderful evenings heated by the fireplace's flames. Towels, bedsheets and other essentials are provided. You will need to take care of your soap/shampoo and cooking spices/oil. Our prices are all-in (all taxes included).

Charming Duplex - Chatelain

Luminous renovated 75m², high ceilings and very charming apartment with a sophisticated decoration and in the heart of the trendy Chatelain area (close to Louise and his high standing shops). The apartment is located 200m from one of the best bakeries of Brussels "Saint-Aulaye". The area is full of little designer shops, concept stores, trendy bars and restaurants and there's a lovely market every Wednesday on the main square located 400m from the apartment. The apartment is 67 m². Very bright and silent. It 's next to the Dillens (a bar where you can get a break first), The justice's palace and the "Door Louise". It's perfect for business traveler alone or a couple, not for people who don't share intimacy. This old house has been transformed to isolate noise from one apartment to another and it's for quiet people only. The district is quiet, the street very low traffic. the bedroom is on the garden's side. I'm living in the house.

The authenticity of the house was preserved as much as possible. When you rent Maison Marguerite entirely you dispose of the entire house. A common space with big massive table, kitchen with industral smeg oven and Liebherr fridge, wooden floor, fireplace and enough sofa seats for the whole group.
