This is a wonderful property! I was in town with a family of four and the accommodations were perfect! Stuart was very responsive and arranged for an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected. When we checked-out of the property and left something valuable behind, Stuart was extremely responsive and helped us to quickly bring the issue to closure. I would stay here again if ever back in the area. Stuart is a great host and treated us like family.

We stayed with two kids. The house was great. Everything we needed including access to a good laundry, nice bathroom and kitchen facilities, comfy beds with nice linen, plenty of space. A really lovely courtyard. A very short walk to Hyde Park, a great cafe and Beaufort St restaurants and bars. An easy drive into the CBD, beaches and Kings Park. We will stay again!

Great accommodation. Just as described. We were visiting Perth for our daughter to compete at track and field championships. Travelling with our family of 4 as well as extended family (grandparents, aunt). Plenty of room for everyone to be together as well as plenty of space to not be in each others way. Close to the beach. Great to see the sun set over Indian Ocean each day. Would def come back next time we are in Perth.

My husband, our sons and grandsons spent two nights at Gail’s house. Each and every one of them raved about the house. They loved the location, the facilities, the comfortable house and all of the very appreciated little touches that made them feel so welcome. The little boys enjoyed the toys. They were all very happy with their accommodation and would highly recommend this very comfortable, welcoming home.

Great place to stay for my friend’s 40th birthday holiday. There was 9 of us which made it affordable. Getting to transportation was easy and not too expensive for being outside the city. The house was bigger than expected with lots of space to spread out. Had a great time.

Stunning Outdoor Oasis Close to the Beach

We (a family of 4) had a lovely stay at Coby’s beautiful house. Everything was like mentioned and in the pictures and even better! Lovely pool for the kids and Coby even left kids toys for our little son to play with. Coby was extremely helpful with EVERYTHING ! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you again! Location was really good too - some beautiful beaches around and Hillary’s just around the corner. Shopping facilities not far either. It was the perfect home for our family!

Big outdoor spa, tennis court and games room filled with heaps of game tables etc.., Heaps of rooms and bathrooms as well as living areas. We loved our stay in Morely. Doug’s house is beautiful and clear pride and joy has been taken in kitting it out. Our dogs enjoyed the courtyard and my 4 year old had fun going through all the toys in the kids room. Doug’s family, whenever we encountered them, were really lovely and friendly. Doug himself was responsive host always kind and caring - even despite a vehicle toppling him when he was out for a bike ride one week. He still came past to water some plants and to check in - sling, bandages and all. We highly recommend this host.

I had a great stay - Luke and Katie were fantastic hosts! From the very beginning, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive to any questions or messages. Communication was always easy and pleasant, which made everything so smooth. They were also super flexible with check-in, and I really appreciated being able to arrive a few hours early - it made a big difference after a long journey from Melbourne. I stayed at the unit for five weeks, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for an extended stay. The location was also ideal - just a short 10-minute stroll to Scarborough Beach, and there’s a lovely little local cafe less than five minutes away that became a regular morning stop for me. If I ever find myself in Perth again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here - it truly felt like a home away from home. Huge thanks to Luke and Katie for their warm hospitality and for making my stay such a great experience!

A stone’s throw from the beach, in a super quiet street, the perfect place to stay for a family of seven. While we were warned there was no air conditioning, we were super lucky with the weather and enjoyed a fantastic January 10-day stay. The kids absolutely loved the use of the spa and the set up meant there was plenty of space for everybody. Great value!

This house had all the little comforts of home, with some surprise Easter eggs on arrival that made my kids very happy. It was clean and tidy. It’s within walking distance to the dolphin cruises and some great parks. It’s also well set up for little kids. Highly recommend this house.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Lucy’s house is a great home when you are traveling with families. There’s swimming pool for the kids to play, complete kitchen sets if you want to cook, proper work area if anyone needs to work or have online meetings and very comfortable living and dining rooms. Lucy gave very clear and thorough instructions when it comes to check in and check out. She and her team always very responsive to our questions.
