We booked to stay with Pippa last minute as we were having car trouble and were due to fly from Bristol airport the next morning. Pippa was very responsive and approved our booking swiftly. Pippa gave clear instructions for us when we got to the property. It was immaculately clean, cosy and overall a gem of a find. It was the first time we have travelled away with our 5 month old baby, and Pippa had a cot at the property to set up for us which was so helpful. The bed was super comfy and we all had a great nights rest before a long day of travelling. Only 5 miles from the airport too, so great location to stay before flying from Bristol. Would highly recommend and would book again in future. 5* host and property!

We had a fabulous time. The house was magnificent. Plenty of room and beautifully decorated. Our host, Anna, was very helpful sending me a comprehensive list of things to do, where to eat etc. Even suggesting things to do with my 6 year old grandson. We will definitely be going back. Thanks Anna.

Luxurious, spacious and beautifully designed - I would thoroughly recommend Granby Cottage if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing break in the countryside. Although Bradford on Avon and Bath are easily accessible, so you can have the best of both worlds! Amanda and James (and their spaniels) are very friendly and helpful, and we hope to return soon. PS their dog fields are probably the best we’ve visited, and I would advise pre-booking, as they are very popular.

We spent a peaceful relaxing week at the Oak Tree Barn and we both slept well (petty Lottiedog woke us up at 5am like normal. Holiday…… what holiday lol!). Had cracking weather, didn’t sample any of the local eateries this time but found some lovely spots to walk Lottie (our fave being the nature reserve area beyond the marina at Uphill). All in all a lovely break at a nice setting in a comfortable home. Great stuff!!!!

A fantastic stay! The Dove Cote was stunning, looked exactly like the pictures and was spotless. The directions were clear and the property was easy to find with a very smooth self check-in process. We enjoyed walks around the farm and into Saltford - definitely recommend The Bird for a pub dinner and The Little Coffee Shop for a coffee. We absolutely loved our stay, it was the perfect few days away in the most peaceful location. Would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our host was lovely! Good clean accommodation with a homely feel. Easy to get to Bath by car from here and private place to park outside the house.

Great location in the middle of Castle Combe, to stay in a property with so much history was fascinating. The house was clean, everything worked, beds are very comfortable. Marlit replied promptly to our questions making everything very easy. We had a great stay.

We had a wonderful family celebration weekend at Lydes Farm. The house and garden is beautiful and provided an amazing setting for family fun. We experienced an issue with the boiler and BCE were extremely responsive in fixing the problem sending out an engineer within 2 hours. We would recommend Lydes Farm as a great place to stay; sleeps 12 very comfortably with lots of space to relax and chill. Thank you for a great weekend.

We had a fantastic stay - such a beautiful house and amazing garden. We hugely enjoyed playing tennis, ping pong, the swimming pool and beautiful walks in the local area. The house was characterful and homely as well as being immaculate and spacious. We would highly recommend this to everyone!

what a lovely place to stay. safe, secure, spacious and lovely hosts. they are so friendly and could not go further to be of help with anything. Warminster shops are 8min drive away. Longleat safari is 10mins away and the pub at the top of the road, is very friendly. ring before to check how busy they are as we couldn't get food. thank you so much Nick, Liz and Charles

This place really exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was exactly as described but the shared facilities made this stay extra special - the swings, skittle alley, play room, swimming pool and bar where absolutely fabulous and our kids were kept very well entertained (as were we). They really enjoyed helping feed the animals. We had so much fun on our last night, joining in with family bingo. Mark was warm, welcoming and this place is such a gem - the kids did not want to leave.

Joanna and Philip were very lovely and friendly host. The space is beautiful and very peaceful and exactly as described. I did all my cooking in the well equipped kitchen and really enjoyed using the pool, sauna and cold bath, which was the main reason I booked. Even though I didn't drive, it's easy to get a taxi from Frome train station and it's also a 40 minutes to get there from the station.

Wonderful stay! The app with info, in-house info and the booking system for the pool were all very informative and helpful, much appreciated. The grounds are incredibly beautiful, and the pool (the main reason for our stay) was a true highlight. To be able to book in with a lot of flexibility and privacy was wonderful, as well as the long hours available for booking. Cream tea on arrival was delicious! The property itself has everything you need, and we can't wait to book to stay again.

Great place with perfect hosts! The barn is lovely throughout and the location is perfect for lots of interesting places to visit! As hosts, they were really communicative and also respectful of our situation with a nervous dog. Highly recommend!!

The Goat shed was wonderfully clean, James was very attentive and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The garden was superb for our dog and we all felt at home and had a lovely time. We would highly recommend. Thank you James !

Just back from a lovely relaxing stay on the tour bus , we absolutely loved it !! It is exactly as described and as the pictures show , lovely and clean and comfy beds felt like home ! Instructions for getting to the property were really clear and Steve was very friendly and helpful with places to eat when we saw him , it is so peaceful just enjoying the hot tub and a game of badminton, and having visits from the family cat such a sweetie, lovely walk down to the local pub and easy drive into Bath or Bristol , this trip was just what we needed and we would highly recommend !!! Thankyou !!!!

Me and my friends had a wonderful time at the Showman's hut. Everything was just as we had imagined. Peaceful and relaxing. The only problem we had was that we should have booked the hot tub 48 hours in advance and I did 24 instead so we could not use the hot tub. In the end Neily was very accommodating by giving us some extra logs for the firepit and barbeque which we appreciated. Next time I will make sure to book the tub in advance to enjoy the full experience at Showman's hut as it looked amazing. Thank you Neily for the hospitality.

Really cool flat in a fabulous location. Everything that Bristol has to offer (and that is lots) is walkable from. The flat itself is ace - everything you will need is to hand. Loved lighting and exposed basement brickwork 👌 Would happily stay again and recommend. Thank you 🙏

Another lovely stay. As before the Lodge was spotlessly clean with high quality furnishings, new towels and new bedroom storage / hanging rail which was much appreciated. Lovely welcome milk and biscuits. Can highly recommend staying here.

Julie was a great host. She was very responsive and had a lovely home in an area with lots of nice cafes and restaurants.

We had a lovely night away from it all. The pub was a 15 minute walk along the river and the hot tub was great.

This was for me the definition of a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Upon arrival everything is clean and pristine, the garden you walk past is tidy and eye catching. The best part of this place is the location. It is on a quiet farm that has multiple walks next to it. You can really unwind in the countryside. To top it all off Paul was very generous in the hamper he left out for our arrival. All the essentials for the kitchen and then some. Thanks Paul, the family and I loved it.
