Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

Karen was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive, respectful, and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay as my team and I were there on business. She was able to take care of us even on short notice. I really couldn’t be happier with her communication, the quality of their home, and the entire experience. Absolutely incredible place! Tons of room, bathrooms for each bedroom was a big hit. Amazing location. Views were magnificent after 8 inches of snow and some freezing rain. Perfect excuse to not leave the house and enjoy the peaceful serenity over a nice margarita. Fall views must be totally awesome. Don’t need to bring anything except you, your friends and some food. The home has everything you need, all set and ready to go, and I mean everything you’ll need. The house manager Teri was an absolute peach. Her connection to the house and knowledge of the local history was amazing. 5 STARS doesn’t do this place justice. Already planning a return visit.

We had a lovely weekend at Debbie's home! It was immaculate and very welcoming. The place is located right off the main road but is secluded. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the grill or outdoor setup but it looked very nice. The kitchen was amazing! All the equipment was in great condition and as a cook, was everything I wanted. Close to everything York has to offer! Great for families or a couple with a dog like us. Highly recommend!

Great house for large family. Lots of games and entertainment inside, and plenty of outdoor activities for both kids and adults. The covered hot tub was a big hit as well! Julie provides a great house manual with all of the necessary info, as well as recommendations and tips for local restaurants, entertainment, etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! Great location, very comfortable accommodation and lots of thoughtful touches that made our stay perfect. It's a short walk down a quiet street to the beaches and the center of Rockport. The house was very clean when we arrived and all amenities were as described and working perfectly. We hope to stay here again soon.

Another great weekend at Ed’s! It was our group’s second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first, which is to say—a lot! Ed is very considerate and responsive, and there’s plenty to do for everyone. We are already looking forward to next year!

Dan & Holly are amazing hosts. They provided everything needed to make our week great. They left dining recommendations and all of the information we needed for the property. It was the perfect space for our family. The on-site amenities were great. The pool space was super clean and the staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Downtown Rutland was a short drive, and there was so much to see just minutes from the property. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and truly think of everything. We had no questions and checking in and out was a breeze because they are so thorough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

Our family had an unforgettable weekend trip in Campton. We spent most of our time sightseeing, but coming home to the cozy cabin made our trip complete. In the evening, we played uno and relaxed by the wood stove. It was perfect. Jason was very responsive to messages and checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. We would love to stay again!

This property was precisely as advertised, ideally located for my needs, and Ian was a very responsive host. I would recommend the property and the host without reservation.

This was my third time staying on Rosalind's property, but my first time in the "retreat" unit. The space is better in person than in the photos! It's a spacious two level unit with a huge bedroom/loft type area, perfect for setting up your yoga mat! The high ceilings and large forest facing windows in the bedroom were a highlight for me. Rosalind has always been a very responsive, thoughtful, and flexible host. I can't wait to stay again!

Great quiet getaway for April VT weather

Nice place for the 6 of us and dog for a long ski weekend in March. Condo was as described. The kitchen was very clean, nothing in fridge. New fridge and new oven. The bathrooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs space a bit tight for 4 adults, but we managed fine. Two of the twin beds are in an open loft area, which didn’t bother us as we were all going to bed at the same time and waking early to go skiing. Just mentioning this in case you were looking for a 3rd bedroom that was fully enclosed. The Spa and Cafe/ Wine Bar were a great addition to our ski weekend activities. The host was wonderful and very responsive. We highly recommend this condo.

This beautiful home is great for families. My family of 8 adults and 1 dog stayed for a weekend. The home is clean clean clean and has everything a family could need. Games galore! Although our stay was for a sad reason (laying sister to rest) the home brought us together as a family. Plenty of room and great location. I highly recommend. I will rent again during summer!

I stayed at the Tiny House with my significant other and our dog for a small, private getaway during our anniversary. It was a nice, cozy little home for us which we all enjoyed. It was also great to be right next to a grocery store and near downtown Keene for food and activities.

It was very peaceful, great get away from the city. Good for the dogs. The copper tub is amazing, we could not get enough of it. And the dual showers felt so good. It felt very homey. Mr. John was a a great host.

This was an amazing choice for our New Year’s Eve celebration getaway. It was perfect in every way. A warm welcome first of all and very informative and accommodating after that. The location is hard to describe because it’s SO beautiful!! You can’t go wrong here. Perfection in every way. That we can assure. The winter is especially awesome- so we recommend you go for it. We absolutely loved it.

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

Collen's woodland lodge was a joy to spend a few days in. It felt like a family home, very cosy and extremely well equipped on all fronts. The location by the babbling brook was so pretty

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this house. Spacious and a lot of light. You can see the marsh from the windows, which is lovely. Near the beach. Recommend!

Daniella's place was perfect for my needs. I spent two months in the area to help out family, and this studio was a cozy place to rest, relax and cook. Plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. Handy to all that Burlington has to offer. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, living and sleeping space cozy and comfortable. Walk in closet with room to store everything I had with me. Even though this apartment is attached to the house, it was very quiet and felt completely private. I will definitely stay here again!
