"Rapeseed" studio on the farm

Studio on the first floor located in a farm building overlooking a courtyard access via a spiral staircase located in the courtyard of a working farm, on the Cambrai/Bapaume axis: 15 min from Cambrai and 15 min from Bapaume, 35 min from Douai and 30 min from Arras by car, in a small village in the countryside. Possibility to park the vehicle in the closed courtyard, new studio, spacious, Ideal for 2 people. Pets allowed; we have three nice dogs on the farm as well as horses.

Residence with parking (closed between 10pm and 6am, access by code). Living room/kitchen: 2-seater sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, electric oven, city gas stove, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, dishes for 4. Bedroom 1: 140 x 190 double bed with quality mattress, wardrobe. Bathroom: shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. (access to the bathroom is through bedroom 1). Mezzanine bedroom (under slope): single bed. Access via a steep staircase. Connected lockbox.

Totally renovated with harmony in a chic and clean atmosphere, this old building has kept all its soul. housed in a beautiful green setting, it has been designed so that you can find all the comfort you need in order to have a very pleasant time.
