A unique and peaceful newly renovated property nestled in the heart of the golden stone region, it's just 10 minutes from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 40 minutes from Lyon. The house was built in the 17th century by a lord of the Order of Malta to establish his own village. Our 65 m2 apartment has a 55 m2 terrace. It is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a family-run winery, at the entrance to the village of Davayé, overlooking the Solutré and Vergisson Rocks, the Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé vineyards. Easy access (A6, TGV station). It includes: equipped kitchen, living room, TV area, two bedrooms with double beds (queen size), bathroom with shower, toilet. Welcome bottle of wine offered.
