Waterfront vacation rentals in Beaufort County

My family loved this location so close to everything in Washington. The apartment was also a great escape to relax when resting. We had plenty of room to stretch out and loved the kitchen area. My wife and I spent some time on the upper deck out back in the evenings and could even enjoy some of the local music. Plenty of linens and towels too! Highly recommend this spot 5 stars!

Bigger space than it looks perfect for a weekend get away

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been! Perfect spot for a weekend getaway when you want to disconnect from your day to day. The place was clean and cozy, the views are beyond beautiful. The property owners were kind and attentive. Small town, remote, great fishing spot, lots of wildlife. We hit the jackpot with a spring visit. Absolutely beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal & TJ’s place. We were lucky to get a last minute booking when family plans changed. It’s central to downtown Belhaven and was close to all the 4th of July festivities! It was a very clean and spacious apartment. They provided initial toiletries (& very nice quality bath towels!) and kitchen sponge/paper towel. The kitchen had all the basic necessities if you plan on cooking in, they have a drip coffee maker for all those that need their morning cup of joe. lol It was nice to walk the boatyard at night before having a glass of wine on the porch and being greeted by sweet Earl “The Boat Yard Boss” cat. If you plan on working remotely, the internet was spotty at times. We also had a difficult time finding the apartment, it is across the street from the address in Maps - in the actual boatyard! We would highly recommend staying with this host!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was outstanding! Excellent communication and cleanliness of home was great. Highly recommend staying here if fishing is your thing. would definitely stay here in the future.

The Captains Quarters was a great stay for my family and I. The boat ramp, which is literally right out the front door, being available was a huge plus as we brought our boat. The outside space was wonderful and the inside space was the perfect size for 3 kids and 2 adults. The inside space was very cozy and has a great view of Blounts Creek. This is a perfect stay for the fishermen and hunters as well as family's looking to stay in a relaxed environment and spend some time outdoors. Judy was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely be staying many times again in the future.

We had an amazing stay here as 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 11, 9 and 2). There was plenty of room for everyone, the house was very comfortable and the kitchen extremely well-stocked with everything you need. Having a high chair was a big help and a selection of games too. Getting to see the sun rise and set over the river was gorgeous, and the fenced yard made life with a dog so much easier. The house is the second to last one on a street with many houses, but probably thanks to the time of year (Thanksgiving) we didn't see a single other person the entire time. In warmer weather, I'm assuming you'd have some neighbors around. The house is convenient to Bath, Little Washington, Goose Creek State Park and the ferry to Aurora is just a few minutes away, but sitting on the deck and enjoying the river views is just as nice. All in all, I'd highly recommend a stay here!

My family and I had to travel to Belhaven to attend my aunt’s funeral service. I can honestly say this house was the best property I’ve ever stayed it. Immaculately clean, beautiful setting on the marina, and Donna (the host) was so accommodating! She made everything so much easier for my family and were so thankful. You will not be disappointed. Also, make sure you are able to catch the sunrise and sunset over the river in front of the house. The view and sounds of the waves will make you love the house even more!

Robin's place was so beautiful! It was even better than the pictures and so peaceful. So much love & thought has been put into her interior design which makes her place the perfect place to relax, read a book, play indoor/outdoor games, etc. Her place was well stocked with everything we needed & more. She even took the time to prepare a birthday gift basket along with a beautiful vase of fresh yellow tulips for us as my husband and I both celebrated our birthdays. This place gets an A+ from us.

Blue heaven was a lovely place. My family of two children and My grandmother-in-law and my wife enjoyed a 5-day vacation down by the river. The kids enjoyed kayaking, and another fun water activities. The home is cute and quirky. there's plenty to do with lawn games and a safe place to swim. Our hosts are lovely, responsive, and accommodating.

I would highly recommend this beautiful home on the water in the middle of Main Street in Washington! Lydie is a very attentive host and easy to work with. The location of this house is walkable to everything!
