Vacation rentals with beach access in Beau Champ

Absolutely loved staying here. Both hosts were super friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The place was absolutely spotless and very spacious for our family of five. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back!

We spent a great holiday in the ground floor Black reef apartment. The apartment is huge & well equipped. Kitchen includes all stuff you need to cook, from pots & pans to microwave & cooking machine. There is a huge fridge, coffee device and all tableware you need. The bedroom is nice and big, as well as bathroom that includes shower & bath tube. Everything is clean and very well preserved, exactly like in the photos. The terrace is opening to the sea and beach, that is very clean, too. There is a heated pool in the garden that is shared with tenants of the other two floors. The beach is nice but rocky, you can go into the water in front of the villa, but is better to use one of the very nice public beaches that are in walking distance. There is a supermarket where you can find almost everything & a very nice beach club (Le Plage) in 10 minutes walking distance and few restaurants closer. Communication was easy with both owner and local responsible person. Everything was perfect & top!

The apartment was clean and fragrant, everything in order and equipped with all the necessities. Meera turned out to be exquisite and very hospitable. I recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained apartment. Its location is perfect, with many restaurants, a shopping center, and popular beaches just a short distance away. The apartment is well-kept, offers 24/7 security, and includes dedicated parking - everything we needed for a hassle-free stay. Christopher is a great host. He dropped by during our check-in and thoughtfully walked us through all the apartment amenities. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Mauritius!

We were informed by Pothano that the room was available from 9;am instead of the normal check in time. Though we didn’t use it as we were sightseeing etc on the way in. Ms Sheela explained the keys etc nicely. We had only booked for 2 days but wished we had stayed longer, the views were amazing from the balcony and I even saw a whale with his binoculars. Suddenly there were droves of boats looking for the whale. I didn’t see it again. There’s a fully functional kitchen etc. with Netflix TV. we ate up some of the house snacks and drinks so I left a generous tip with Mrs Sheela. We really enjoyed. Thanks Pothano! We had a great stay, our interactions with the host were minimal but her instructions were clear, check-in and check-out was seamless and we didn’t need any help during our stay. The flat is huge with a very large kitchen very well equipped and a big dining table facing the sea. Bedrooms and washrooms are also spacious and comfortable. Everything was pristine clean except for the washrooms which are fully equipped in black (washbasins, toilets, etc) and it is very difficult to maintain those spotless but that’s nitpicking the washroom were overall very clean. We didn’t use the society’s facilities but we saw two really big swimming pools. There are 2 parking spots which would be very convenient for groups with 2 cars. The society has a high security even though we never felt unsafe that’s worth noticing. The beach is beautiful and great for long walks. Right in front of the flat there was quite a lot of algae corals but a little further on the right it’s perfect for a swim.

The apartment was a highlight of our trip. We can't say anything negative about the accommodation or Regine. Everything was so simple, safe, clean and beautiful. We thank you for the experience and can only recommend the stay in the accommodation, you are in good hands!

We stayed at Catherine's Villa in May 25 for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The Villa is right next to the beach and very close to Blue Bay public beach and also to the Airport. Even the Bo Valon mall is close by. Although the Villa is small and the rooms are compact, it has all the basic amenities and location wise very good. All in all a convenient stay .

The bungalow is located in a green oasis and yet not far from a fantastic beach. Perfect for children to swim and also the underwater world can be seen. We felt very comfortable and the view from the terrace at sunset was beautiful. Thank you for the great time!

The place consists in a small bungalow in a big garden with a pool. Inside are the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom while outside are covered living and dining "rooms". The inside is very well-equipped. We have never seen such a small place so crammed with all sorts of useful equipment such as a Nespresso coffee maker (capsules provided) and a lot more, so the concept of the house is really good. The outside is also very cozy, perfect for breakfast, sipping a rhum after dinner or simply relaxing with a good book. You can park the car in the garden. A huge plus is that the beach is only a few minutes walking away and you get good snorkeling right out of the beach (beware of the currents). An outside shower is available in the garden as well as drying lines. The corresondence with Elodie and Laurent was very good and helpful. Altogether a great place. Highly recommended.

The Villa is amazing. Very peaceful, safe and has a beautiful beach front view. Its extremely spacious with a huge living room and dining. Kitchen has all the amenities required. The best part is the outside sitting area where they also have an 8 seater dining table, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the calm beach. The view of the sunset is breathtaking from here. Swimming pool is very clean and regularly maintained. Master bedroom is quite big. The host of the villa Asvin, is extremely helpful and friendly. Him and the manager Sudesh made sure that we checked in properly and made sure that we were comfortable during our entire stay. Some good restaurants to try, nearby, are Village Cafe (Bf) Chessy Latte (Pizzas), Happy Rajah (Indian) and Chamarel Panoramic Viewpoint Restaurant (Amazing view). Grocery store, London bay, is also very nearby. Overall we loved the place and had an amazing time at the Villa !!

Cleanliness, friendliness, etc. were all perfect! I also requested to use the washing machine, and they were happy to let me! Perfect as an accommodation near the airport.

Fantastic location, directly on the beach, really quiet. House is decorated with taste and really feel comfortable. The pool is not too deep so rather safe. The beach is really quiet and nice. Swimming is easy and not deep for a long while. East coast is more exposed to wind but end of June we had pleasant weather every days, despite some occasional rain that never lasted long. Asmita the cleaning lady is really friendly but also knows to be discreet. She was really taking good care of the house and us. It’s a real plus to have her. A car is a must to quickly go around, shopping or for dinner. We hope to come back one day.

Exceptional location, straight out of a dream (or a postcard you don't want to leave). The garden is a little slice of heaven, maintained by a gardener of extreme kindness – we almost wanted to invite him to an aperitif! No negative points... except that you have to leave at some point (and that's cruel) Anyway, we'll be back, that's obvious!

It was a tropical paradise, felt like home from home. You wake up hearing the ocean, incredible spot for sunset and has everything you need and more. Definitely will be staying here again, would highly recommend.

Ambroise is a great host.... very responsive and detailed from Day 1. The property was clean and well maintained. The two turtles at his place are fun to watch and Ambroise was kind enough to lend his private Kayaks to us. It was a fun experience exploring the reef on the Kayak. Thanks for having us Ambroise!

We had a wonderful week in Tatiana's beautiful apartment. The view of the Indian ocean was spectacular. We practically had the pool and beach to ourselves when we were there as very few others around. Tatiana was very responsive, particularly when we had an issue with the hot water on day one. It was all fixed very quickly. I hope one day we can return as it was the perfect base for us to explore the area. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at this property in Flic en Flac! The host(Tawhida) was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and personally came to meet us during check-in. She gave us a clear walkthrough of the house, which really helped us settle in quickly. The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Flic en Flac public beach. Perfect for morning strolls or catching the sunset! The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like home. We especially appreciated the dedicated covered parking space, which made things very convenient as we had a rental car. Check-out was also smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Flic en Flac. 🌴🌊

The apartment was dreamy. Better than the pictures. Like in Paradise. The hosts are very helpful. Supermarkets and restaurants are accessible by car. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can also cook wonderfully for yourself. Special plus: cleaned 3 times a week. Luxury! We were very satisfied.

A fantastic place for a great holiday. Immaculate, extremely well equipped, stunning decoration, extremely tasteful furniture & fittings, everything you need and more. I can personally recommend Romain’s place to anyone. This was our fourth visit to Mauritius , and was the best ever. We will definitely be back in the future. Romain went out of his way to arrange my wife’s 60th birthday celebrations. On our arrival we were surprised with Champagne , and he even arranged a birthday cake the night of the celebration. Thank you so much Romain, you’re an absolute star! Till next time!

The place totally exceeded our expectations, infinity pool was just incredible, we ended up using it every evening while watching the sunset. The flat was really high quality, every little detail was thought through. Also kitchen had everything you could possibly need, like really everything. Martine was lovely and always quick to help if anything came up, and the staff were so friendly and polite. Also what surprised us a lot was that they cleaned the flat every day which we never seen in Airbnbs. Great value for money, would 100% come back.
