Such an amazing location and host! The pictures do no justice and the view is absolutely stunning. I originally planned to stay in San Juan but after seeing this available, I just had to book. Can’t wait to come back!

First thing I appreciated was how understanding Ricardo was, as we arrived later than expected due to a canceled flight. Any issues that arose, which weren’t many, he was very quick to respond and provide a solution. The only thing I would say could use some work is the yard could use a little more maintenance if the goal is to match the photos precisely, specifically pressure washing would make a world of difference, fix pool sticks or invest in new ones, hang dart board back up as pictured and provide darts. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay so much!! The home was comfortable and provided everything we needed! We were even gifted a papaya from the landscaper. View was amazing with lots of things to do and places to eat nearby.

Very much enjoyed my stay at Xavier’s. The view, especially from the deck and primary bedroom, was incredible! For anyone worried about the drive up the mountain, I was in an economy rental car and had no issues at all getting to and from the house, even in the rain. Xavier was very responsive and helpful as a host. Would definitely come back!

This was the best stay! Super clean, very beautiful inside and out, and the host is very quick with responding to any concerns one may have. I loved the instructions and appreciated all the help received. The wine was chefs kiss. Definitely will come again!

It's a cute little cabin in the woods, on a mountaintop in Puerto Rico !!! It was exactly as pictured and expected. The gentleman was there on our arrival and super friendly (believe it was hosts husband). We saw them a couple times while we were coming or going, but they never bothered us, and were not intrusive at all. The one interaction during our stay was needing a plunger, and I walked to hosts home (at front of the property) and asked for one, and she got one for us. Other than that, you would never know they were there 100 yards away. If we were in need to have a safe, quiet, and clean place to lay our heads again in that area, we would absolutely stay there again.

AWL was an INCREDIBLE experience!! We canceled two days of plans just to stay here! The owner is so attentive and kind! He offers a night where he comes and sets up the bonfire for you! It was quiet, private and so secure! The whole place is pristine and beautiful! The parking was so convenient. The shower has great water pressure and hot water! It’s so clean and comfortable everywhere! There’s an outdoor shower with warm water as well! There’s also a bathroom by the pool! The washer made it so convenient to clean clothes and towels while relaxing in the pool. The pool is warm and there’s so many colorful lights that auto turn on at night that make the vibes immaculate! They’re so many amazing food/drink places nearby as well! Everything was so delicious everywhere we went! You hear/see so many beautiful birds in the morning. At night you’re serenaded by the beautiful sounds of the coqui frogs. 💕 This was the most AMAZING place I’ve ever stayed! I will DEFINITELY be booking again!! ?

This is an incredible place! If you’re seeking a break from your hectic life and a chance to reconnect with nature, this is the perfect destination. You’ll be astounded and captivated by the breathtaking landscape. The host’s attention to detail exceeded our wildest expectations. I highly recommend this place and would happily return again and again.
