Vacation rentals with a patio in Beadnell Bay

Had a lovely couple of nights here. Asked for recommendations for restaurant and takeaways before hand and both we chose were very good. Both Marcelle and Alan are very friendly, as are the dogs! mentioned we were staying for my husbands birthday and without asking banners were put up in the room. thank you. Will remember this place if we are ever in that area again.

Sara, a warm and lovely lady, hosted me for a long weekend. The garden room has a nice modern design — clean, tidy, and with a great shower. Strongly recommend booking her place if you’re planning to explore Hadrian’s Wall or the surrounding area!

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Lovely little garden with beautiful roses, overlooking the river. Lots of parking. Pub overlooking a marina only 5 mins walk away. Great pubs, bakeries and restaurants 5 mins drive away in the quirky and atmospheric Ouseburn area. the quayside a short walk. Jordan was very responsive. It was our son’s wedding and he kindly left a bottle of fizz. Highly recommend - 5 star all round. Would definitely stay here again.

This rental is small but perfectly formed. We had everything we needed for our short break. The apt is very central and we found it very handy for everything. There is a small outside area which is a lovely sun trap to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.

Miriam is an excellent host! She was so helpful with recommendations on the local area and how to get around. Her apartment was spotless, looked just like the photos and felt so at home. She replied to messages so quickly and did all she could to help. When we come to Newcastle again Miriam and her apartment will be the first place we look for ☺️

Great place to stay for a few days while working in Cramlington. The welcome goodies on arrival were a very nice surprise.

Easy to find, beach 5 mins from property, the house was well kitted out and very dog friendly, within easy reach of shops. Be aware of the places to walk your dog on the beach ( times of the year) as the neighbour pointed out they fine you £1000 and have wardens who do check. We used the house as a base to discover the stunning coast line / Villages, Holy Island a must see. Gary was a great host and left fresh bread and milk /juice for when we arrived. We would recommend this place

What a fantastic find to base ourselves. Close to amenities and an easy walk into town. We are regular visitors to Northumberland and would love to return. Communication with Paul was fab and check in easy. House was lovely, comfortable and clean. My only negative is would love a vacuum cleaner to be available as the owner of two dogs we like to vacuum on a daily basis to make sure we leave the place as spotless as we find it. Would definitely love to return.

Just back from a 3 night stay in Lynne's beautiful home. This property is lovely very tastefully renovated and so comfortable. The garden is a suntrap and the games room a nice little bonus. Loved sitting in the sun room, the querky touch to the stairs and the amazing views especially the rear bedroom. The proximity to Seahouses, Beadnell and Bamburgh is so convenient as well as getting to places like Holy Island and Alnwick it's a great location. For those who love stargazing you have great dark skies and we had stunning sunsets to watch from the sunroom. I have nothing negative to say about Lynne's propery it will be at the top our list next time we're visiting Northumberland

It is a really nice place to stay, lovely private garden and watching the birds on the bird feeder was amazing, I counted over 10 different species! The beds & pillows were excellent and my daughter & I slept really well. Excellent Airbnb

We stayed at the Old Post Office and had a great time. The property is full of character and was perfect for our family of two young boys. We particularly enjoyed the log fire, the chest of family games, and the selection of thoughtful touches. Everything to make our stay easy and relaxing was in place. The village is small, peaceful and perfectly located to go into Seahouses and Bambrough. We would stay here again and recommend highly. Perfect property; perfect host.

Nicky's coastal cottage strikes the perfect balance between cosy and contemporary, tastefully furnished and oozing rustic charm - we felt right at home in the quaint pad by the beach. Flooding the cottage with natural light, the windows provided a fresh and open feel whilst offering stunning views of the rolling fields and Dustanburgh castle perched on the cliffside. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach, having the coast on our doorstep was such a treat which we took full advantage of with stunning strolls in both directions. Retiring to the sparklingly clean kitchen after our days of exploring the beautiful area, we spent our evenings cooking and playing card games around the table - a perfect way to unwind and relax after a day of roaming the sand dunes. As coffee drinkers we made full use of both the Moka pot and Cafetière, spending our mornings sipping coffee in the secluded, sun trap garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage, Nicky's hosting was spectacular!

Wow not enough words to describe this place, it was beautiful, ultra clean and just wow!! Everything you needed for your stay here, fantastic hamper on arrival together with milk, coffee, sugar and tea to make yourself a drink when you arrived which was great. We had such a lovely warm welcome from Hamish who made himself right at home and obviously knew there was a jar of biscuits just for him when he called by, he is adorable and so friendly, I could have easily packed him up and brought him home! The house, surroundings and everything was so perfect and we will definitely return and would highly recommend it to everyone as the best place to stay. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful house and we look forward to returning.

If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to stay, this is it! The cottage is in a fabulous location, with a sea view and plenty of space to sit outside. We were lucky with the weather, but if it's not so good there is a cosy sitting area inside. The beds are also really comfortable. All in all, definitely to be recommended.

Rod was a fantastic host, clear instructions and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and really spacious. The beds are super comfy and we all slept well. It was a perfect location easy to get into town but quiet when we got back. Our stay was perfect from the first communication to the personalised white board message. Thank you

This is a jewel in Berwick Upon Tweed! We loved it! Location is great, close to restaurants and cafes, a nice stroll to the beach. Margaret and Derek are on every detail, we appreciate these small treats/gifts that made our stay a wonderful experience. We had a rainy afternoon and there were plenty of table games to entertain ourselves in the flat. We decided at the last minute to go to Holy Island and the hosts gave us suggestions on how to get there (without a car) and what to do there. I highly recommend this place that will make your trip to Berwick a lovely adventure! Thanks Margaret & Derek

Lovely clean and well presented accommodating including a well stocked biscuit tin. Kitchen was very clean and as was the rest of the flat and the flat and the walk-in shower/bathroom was very easy as was the shower, with great water pressure. Finally, all within a stones throw of a host of restaurants.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

Elaine’s apartment was ultra modern, very clean and well presented. The bathroom is fabulous beautiful freestanding bath and fantastic power shower. We had a welcome pack which was absolutely lovely, made up of local products. It’s well placed for exploring the local area’s. Holy Island / Bamburgh castle/ Seahouses are all within an hour.

We have just got home from an amazing week in the cottage. We loved everything about the place, location and will definitely be back! We spent the majority of our time out and about and it was so nice to be able to come back to such a relaxing and calming home. Thank you so much, we will be recommending your place and Northumberland in general to anyone that will listen!

Needed a nice break from a stressful period with work and family. We settled in a short break in Cullercoats, knowing little to nothing about the area except for the long beach walks. Cullercoats, Whitely Bay and Tynemouth were all exactly as we'd hoped. And all in a nice circular walk. By luck, baking hot sunshine too as a bonus. But it was Katie that made everything click. Superb host, very welcoming and super attentive. We were short of nothing, and the recommendations for eating and drinking out were spot on. Hyem was a gem of a find and a really cool relaxing place. Couldn't recommend host, property and location any more. Top marks Katie 👌
