Bright sunny, warm rooms, located downstairs in our family home. It has a lounge with a Queen sofa bed, dining room table, full size fridge/freezer, your own private bathroom and a separate queen bedroom with kitchenette. There is a separate entranceway with off street parking. Located close to two family safe beaches and Howick Village. There are plenty of options for cafes, shopping and walking tracks. Everything you need is here. Two bedrooms,breakfast goodies,laundry,spa,large pool,large modern kitchen and new bathroom. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station. (Unfortunately the trains are not available until January 2024 due to track replacements however there is a bus service every 10mins into the city) Very quiet and private.
