The house of Mr. Valdemar is beautiful, spacious and super comfortable! It was neatly clean, large suites, fresh and smelling bedding and towels, wonderful pool, kitchen with lots of utensils, good mto air conditioners too! Sr Valdemar always mto kind and solicitous. Miinha família and I loved everything and we certainly intend to return soon!

The house served very well what we intended. The swimming pool serves the 4 children or 4 adults well, the barbecue is large and with good structure and the bathroom of the deck is very good. The house is on a pavement street, and takes about 6 minutes by car to the beach. we could have a lot of privacy in the house.

The house of Kátia is excellent, great space, safe, quiet, the gardens are wonderful, very close to the beach, wonderful view. The householders are kind, efficient and polite. The stay was worth too much, whenever I can plan to return.

Pleasant accommodation with hospitality. Uruaú is a very quiet place and the location of the accommodation is wonderful, very close to the beach and local shops that are on the same street: there is a pizzeria, ice cream parlor, grocery store, tattoo studio and etc. In addition to the beach, you have the Uruaú Lagoon very close by with a beautiful sunset and great huts.

Márcia and Branco (homemade) were very responsive, helpful. The house is simple, but very functional, it served our stay very well, we really liked it and we want to go back! The view of the cliffs and the sea is wonderful. Marcia even guaranteed us flexible check-in and check-out, which was very important to us

Great accommodation. Very quiet area. Mercadinhos nearby. You can walk to the beach. Ida, which supported us in the house, is extremely helpful and attentive. It is a differential. We had a problem caused by the rain that occurred on the day of our arrival that made it impossible to use the beach volleyball "court" during the entire stay. Despite this, I intend to stay there again.

Great value for money, we really like it! Good for kids. We're a small family so it suited us well. Good structure, close to the beach, but you have to walk about 300 meters. Everything was clean and organized. Freezer freezes a lot, good fridge and great stove.

My stay with Thaiz was just perfect! From the beginning, she was very attentive, flexible and helpful, ensuring that all the details were impeccable. We were extremely well received by Rodrigo (homemade). He was always super helpful and kind. Overall, the house needs a lot of maintenance inside (windows, doors, old TV not smart, air conditioning that turned on by itself, lights that flashed all the time, windows and doors with trouble closing, showers that come out little water, laundry without a lamp. In the photos of the ad had decoration pots, liners on the tables, but unfortunately there was none of this available, falling short of the photos. The impression of everyone upon arrival was that it did not seem at all with the photos, as it was much smaller and needed good maintenance and decoration.

The person who rents the house is a company and they are very quick in their responses and requests, giving comfort to those who will rent the house. The house is as comfortable as the listing.
