This nice open space is super comfortable & relaxing. It has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, a water dispenser, a grill, a small deck, a fire pit, a picnic table, a soaking tub, etc... With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. The restoration process involved the careful use of locally sourced, reclaimed woods and materials, resulting in a rustic yet refined atmosphere. The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

The Hawks Nest has been lovingly restored to its original glory while having all the modern-day amenities woven through its clean 380 sq. ft. space. Retreat to the spacious covered porch to relax and view the acre-and-half property leading down to 100ft of 6Mile Lake frontage. Star gaze while relaxing in the comfortable, Amish-built gilding chairs around the spacious, paver fire pit area .

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Built in 1930 as a schoolhouse, the tasteful conversion has retained many original features. It is ideal for romantic getaways, girlfriend trips, ski vacations, and more!

Our incredibly special rustic vacation cottage is directly on the beautiful Lake Charlevoix, with a private beach and dock. We only rent for part of the season and hope that your families can create wonderful memories here too. For over 100 years our family has been coming here, and there are other family cabins along the lake. Enjoy non-stop swimming, lake activities, falling asleep to the sounds of the waves, dinners outside, walks along the beach and more.

Blissful Bungalow

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The home is surrounded by trees in the the Charlevoix Country Club community. It is just 3 miles from downtown Charlevoix. There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
