The oak house with its own large garden is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein with a wide view over the surrounding fields. There are two double rooms with en-suite shower bath, another double room shares the bathroom with a single room. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and leads into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

This 49-square-meter (527-square-foot) apartment, decorated in a cozy style, can accommodate up to 4–5 guests, with a double bed and a French bed. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.
