Great location, fantastic spot for a couple of families

We had the perfect stay at Lily on the Lake. We rented for a week to transition from moving out of province. Everyone felt right at home and the house is absolutely gorgeous. Every little detail well thought out. Everything you could ever need was available. I started each morning with a plunge in the lake which was breathtaking and so quiet. They had a pack and play and so many fun toys for my daughter- she loved it. Beds were comfy and cozy with tons of linens, pillows and blankets available. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Dawn was so lovely to communicate with before and during our stay. Cannot recommend enough- we plan on having friends stay here when they come to visit just so we can go for another peaceful dip in the lake or cozy cuddle on the couch.

Had a wonderful two weeks at this location. Spent many hours in the loft enjoying the beautiful view!

Was a fabulous locationa and accommodations. Pictures don't do it justice. Is much better in person. Lots of room both inside and out. Everything is perfect and right there for you. A great place for some quiet and peace, however also close enough to town. Look forward to using again.

The place was great for our families and hard to beat the location. Lots of games/toys for the kids (and adults), lots of room and quiet from floor to floor.

My women's ball team stayed there recently. I unfortunately couldn't join last minute. The ladies couldn't say enough about how great this stay was and we will hopefully be reaching out next season to rent again. Thank you to our host for quickly responding when I had questions and for being a friendly person to deal with! Would 💯 recommend!

Nancy's place was the perfect little get away for us over the weekend. Both Nancy and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. The place's decor is nicely done in a nautical theme, which is perfect for that area. Overall, a perfect experience for us. We would have no hesitation with returning again.

The place was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The hot tub off the back deck was super clean and had an amazing view out to the ocean. Bed was super comfortable and the wifi worked awesome. We really enjoyed our stay

Suzanne was a lifesaver for my wife and I! She allowed us to host our elopement wedding ceremony on the property for 6 people with less than a week of notice after we had to suddenly find a new venue. The home is comfortable and cozy, and also very spacious thanks to the high vaulted ceiling and open-concept layout. There were some questions we needed answered (forgetfulness due to wedding jitters!) and Suzanne always had a clear response for us. The yard is far more private and peaceful than I imagined, and it's perfectly set up for hosting outdoor dinner parties or similar gatherings. The whole property is protected and surrounded by trees and the surrounding community is very quiet. For anyone looking for a truly private getaway within walking distance of the water, I highly recommend this property, as well as its very helpful host, Suzanne.

The quintessential Canadian cottage experience! The water is sparkling, sunsets stunning, and the woods serene. We had an absolute fantastic week relaxing here and exploring the area! A few tips for a great stay: - Download the instructions to get inside before you leave. There is zero cell reception (SOS service only) out here and you’ll be forced to turn around and backtrack for at least 15 mins before you’ll have a strong enough signal to open the Airbnb messages. - Google maps will send you the wrong way, I think it might be an old washed out road no longer in service since the floods? We reported the error to Google after getting lost multiple times. - Bring spices, there is only pepper there. - Don’t forget to bring your own beach towels and life jackets! They are very pricy to purchase in the local shops around. - The water is warm! Bring some blow up floaties and spend the afternoon relaxing. The current can be strong so bring a rope to try yourself to the dock.

Clean, cozy and comfortable.

The unit that we rented was absolutely perfect for what we needed. There was a nice outdoor space where we could sit and have coffee in the morning and look at the beautiful sunrise on the river. The unit was also very clean. It was a very quick walk to a great restaurant, a bar and a convenience store. It was also a treat to have an ice cream stand right beside the unit.

From the views to the styling of the decor of the home, everything about this place is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Great stay. The unit has everything you might need (only bring your towel). Kitchen is well equipped for own cooking. The best is the location - right at the water overlooking the bay with the highest tides in the world. We were on the first floor and lucky with the weather, so we spent the whole day on the veranda watching the water. Sitting there we even saw an eagle flying by! Nick is a very caring and attentive host though we haven't met him as he doesn't live on site. There is no shopping or restaurant in walking distance so it is a really quiet and peacefull place. Phantastic location to calm down and relax. Would come back any time.

We felt warmly welcomed and right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and perfectly suited for our stay. Every little detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful amenities, made our visit so enjoyable. Annapolis Royal itself is a beautiful, historic town. Janice and Tim’s local tips made all the difference, and we discovered some hidden gems we wouldn’t have otherwise. Staying in such a peaceful and picturesque place was exactly what we needed to recharge and refresh. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and will cherish the memories of this trip for years to come. We would love to return and recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Annapolis Royal!
