Our group had an absolutely perfect stay at Kinkini Bandaragama! The expansive garden area was a huge hit with our group of eight people. We were able to set up for our morning yoga sessions easily and had plenty of room for games in the afternoon. Inside, the living room easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for everyone. The quiet and secluded location made it perfect for our meditation retreat; the peaceful surroundings really enhanced our practice. The house is conveniently located just a short ten-minute drive from Pearl Bay Water Park. We also enjoyed a peaceful boat ride on the serene Bolgoda Lake, just a short drive away. There's also a large supermarket just 10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The host, Tamara, was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants. We’ve just come back from an amazing trip to Sri Lanka, and we stayed for 6 nights at Gaya’s wonderful home. We loved it; the location feels remote, but it’s only a 10min walk to the beach/restaurants etc. Every morning I’d wake up and have a coffee on the veranda, overlooking lush greenery, peacocks, cattle - not something you get in everyday life. The staff were very helpful, and the accommodation was comfortable, clean, and is a wonderful option if you’re looking for a self-catering home stay. A big thank you to Gaya for letting us stay, we hope to be back soon!

Simply, it was our home for a short period of time. Everything was so perfect that we didn't even want to make a call to get clarification. Genuka is a very friendly person, and from the moment we placed the reservation, he was carefully concerned about what we wanted. And his father, who handed over the key to us, was also a very gentle and professional person who explained everything in the house clearly. The neighborhood is very relaxing, calm, and safe. There's a grocery store very close to the house where you can purchase almost all the things you need to cook (the house has a nice kitchen that includes all the related items to make your own meals). And the Galenigama highway interchange is much closer, so you can access most of the places very quickly. So Genuka's property is highly recommended; it is a nice, clean, safe, and calm place to relax and achieve your requirements closer to the main cities. Good Luck! 

It was our first experience with Airbnb and it has lived up to the expectation. The property is nearly arranged and well decorated. Felt like home. Being located right near to the auroville beach and auroville on the E.C.R way from hustle bustle of the city, one can enjoy their slow mornigs in the beach or can have a relaxing breakfast in th cafes at Auroville.

The highlight of our stay was the amazing meals that were prepared for us, throughout our 5 day stay. Special mention about the host couple's young son who cooked us an entire dinner that was absolutely incredible! . Thank you. :) Peaceful and quiet location where the breeze can be heard blowing through the leaves! The hosts were very accommodating towards special requests and very hospitable and friendly in nature. Ours was a family stay and we enjoyed it. The calf, Dhana, who was part of the farm family, has managed to capture hearts. The dogs, cats and cow we met were all unique in character as well.

A lovely host who makes you feel right at home,even buying some groceries for you to have. The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well furnished with quality appliances and utensils that you can use. Bedding, towels actually the works are of extremely high standards. The apartment is absolutely beautiful,airy and bright and lovely terrace as well. Definitely one of the best hosts and places to stay. Absolutely recommended.

We had a lovely stay here! Such a clean apartment, and so nice to have the pool and gym on site. Our host was so friendly and always answered our questions quickly! She also got us all a little gift each, which was so sweet of her❤️ couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Place is walkable distance from RK beach. Rooms are well maintained and furnished. Amenities like Tv, wifi , Fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, electric kettle , geyser and enough utensils were present. Clean washrooms and spacious dining includes luxurious sofa set and dinning table. Only gas was not there in cylinder.
