My partner and I absolutely fell in love with Kim and Jeff's cabin. Between the tranquil walks throughout the woods to paddling the canoe down to the hosts farm... everything was incredible. We sat on the porch most of the time just waiting and watching birds and were even graced with the presence of a crested king-fisher! On top of everything, Kim and Jeff have lawn flags marking all native and invasive plant species which is incredible to learn what truly benefits the locals and what thrives there. We really fell in love with everything they had to offer and hope to visit again some day. They've truly carved out their own oasis and share it beautifully with the local wildlife. Thank you Kim and Jeff again for a wonderful stay.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from nursing school and the location was perfect for what we needed. Seemed like we were always 10-15 minutes from every place we needed to be. The extra touches were very thoughtful. Loved the amount of toiletries provided if you for anything. The games provided were amazing too! Had fun playing with our grandson. The water views were so relaxing. Wish it would have been warmer so we could have been at the outside bar area. Maybe next time! Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

Outstanding! Very clean. We clean up after ourselves so not getting slammed with a high house cleaning fee and other fees made this a great value for families. One of the best places we’ve ever rented and Becca was so nice to work with.

Karla was a top notch host! taking extra care to leave lights on for our late arrival and informed us of easy access for our snowmobiles to get onto the bay for our ice fishing trip. the house was super clean and stocked with anything you could ask for! Thank you so much and we will be back!

my husband and I felt at home. it was very clean and relaxing. Jessica was very nice, responded when I had any questions. I would highly recommend staying at Shirley Temple. Bay City is a quiet place to relax, fish, beach access and shopping if needed. Jessica also equipped the home with everything you would need and could use.

We needed to relax and decompress from our demanding, stressful jobs and this was the place. Very quiet and serene with nice walking trails. Loved seeing the goats, ducks chickens, etc. Kim was very nice and super responsive. Other renters nearby were also very considerate. Spacious rental with many extras. Loved the kayaks and paddleboat too. Would recommend to anyone needing a quiet getaway.

Bayview Hideaway! Remodeled beach house on water!

Great experience! Right on the water with amazing views, peaceful vibe, and right across from beautiful walking trails at Tobico. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the host was great. She accommodated us during a last minute stay and was so gracious about it. Sheila is a very thoughtful and caring host who knows what it takes to make for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay again!
