Super cozy apartment, spacious, well clean and organized, and close to the central square. The service team was also attentive and helpful! I recommend it!

Peaceful and wonderful stay. The clean, cozy and organized environment. For those who have small children as well as we did, they had everything we needed in terms of appliances. The comfortable and clean accommodations. The apartment is very close to squares, groceries, pharmacies and shops in the center. A quiet, quiet neighborhood. Super recommend. We'll be back soon!

Great accommodation, especially for quick trips. Very cozy and extremely well located, managing to find everything in the surroundings. I only had a small problem with water in the bathroom and it was quickly resolved.

central accommodation, very functional apartment, you could do everything on foot. Only the garage that becomes small for a utility car.

Gregory is an amazing host. Replies quickly, helps and thinks with you. We went there for 2 nights, unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t had hot water the first day. Gregory resolved it the second day. Unfortunately the second day the bubbles weren’t working, but that couldn’t be helped. We enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. The next time we will return, but only if the jacuzzi works. 😆

I really enjoyed the stay in the apartment/apartment. Well located, facing a beautiful greenery, but close to the urban area of Mulungu. Underneath there is a little market that can support you. Place is easy to find... It is a modest accommodation, but a delight of coziness and comfort. I was only going to stay 2 nights and I ended up staying 3. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend!

Gente, exceeded my expectations, perfect house, impeccable, need not take anything ,there is everything, location is on the side of the main square, quiet neighborhood, and the Sávio, super attentive, responded quickly and anytime ,I loved it too much and already recommended it to other friends.

Jêane was very responsive, communication was very quick and the hosts who stay in the house ahead are nice people. Very simple stay and is in line with the price you pay. The place is really close to the Center of Guaramiranga but its path there is a bit deserted, so I chose to drive downtown. Speaking of which, there is no guaranteed garage, but it is possible to put it nearby if the space is occupied. Overall, I recommend it for those interested in renting a simple stay to sleep and the rest of the time to enjoy what Guaramiranga and region have to offer.
