More point: - The place is clean, comfortable and far from noise. The furniture is quite complete (refrigerator, air conditioner, kitchen set, stove, dispenser, TV, internet, hot/cold water), we feel like at home. - 10 minutes to Pangandaran beach. Minus point : - We found a few small bugs in the kitchen area, looks like it needs occasional fogging. But that's a minor issue, not too bothersome. - Checkout at 11am, please consider at 12pm.

Really love the house. It is really cozy and spacious, although it only has 2 rooms, it can fit 17 persons or maybe more. The villa has a great landscape and a large pool area along with a relaxing area to chill by the pool. The villa itself is has a nice cozy big terrace and some of the rooms has large windows or even holes for ventilation so wild animals often to be seen inside the house. Overall, this villa is worth the shot for big families or large group of friends because the facilities (swimming pool, car port that fits 2 large vehicles, games for the users, hairdryer, aid kit, wifi, etc.) and the services are amazing.

This place is a hidden gem in Pangandaran. For those who prefer more secluded areas and private this is really perfect for u! The place looks alike the description and worth our money. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the water dispenser beeping a lot and can’t be used sometimes but it doesn’t really matter.

Very clean, very nice townhouse. Design was perfect! Complete. Hopefully marbano estates can develop pangandaran&batu karas so worldwide travelers will feel comfy at here

Nice stay! We had a lot of rain so it was nice to have your own cottage. Nice located quiet place. New and clean house. Cons: Not a lot of kitchen utensils and no taxi options. Nice people at the desk.

Beautiful spot, private, charming, well laid-out and lots of thoughtful touches. Could comfortably stay for some time cos it is set-up so well. Really comfortable beds and linen, water well-stocked. Looking forward to staying when reef season is on!

Super satisfied with the experience of staying in Selini vila. The vila with its beautiful garden is beyond expectation! Mas Rahmat is super helpful. Will be a frequent visitor should Pangandaran is not that far!

Our stay at Villa Cambodja was lovely, We were welcomed by Manfred and his wife. The stay is as described and is wonderfully quiet. Manfred gave us tips for restaurants and the like, there was also the possibility to rent scooters! We highly recommend Villa Cambodia to other travelers who want to stay in Pangandaran 👌🏻👌🏻
