Please note, we are a family of four living upstairs with our black Labrador, including a toddler and a newborn, so you may hear general household noise from above. The front yard, which you’ll walk through to access the studio, is occasionally occupied by us playing, we will always make sure we won't be a nuisance.

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

It is wheelchair friendly with courtyard and verandah There is street parking directly at the front of the property, No on the driveway after unpacking your car as we need access to the garage.
