Great place, Farah is a great host, super responsive, there was an issue with power going off the night we arrived, she got the electricians promptly to fix it, Nice villa and views, 3 window ACs for the bedroom, no central unit but keeping the windows opening main hall kept the villa cool Recommend this place for a nice beach weekend

I had a greatl stay! The place truly felt like an authentic old Lebanese house, full of charm and character. The location was PERFECT. The sweetest neighbors added to the warm atmosphere. Most importantly, the host was exceptional! incredibly helpful, friendly, and very responsive. Highly recommend!

First of all, thanks to Nour for always being there when needed. Nour is very kind and responsive. The house is very beautiful with a historical design but equipped with modern and comfortable furnishings that provide you with everything you need. The village is beautiful and quiet and the houses touch the sea. Dar 22 is not far from the city of Batroun which is full of restaurants and various shops. A very enjoyable experience and worth visiting again.

That's it. That's the place. If you are looking for a quiet get away from Beirut and aspiring for a relaxing, fulfilling, authentic stay , then Charbel's is the right one. You will enjoy a very comfortable, decorated with taste place, with an incredible terrasse, right from of the sea where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning in a calm environment and share a glass of whatever you want in the evening. A local fish restaurant literally 30 meters away will be your Chery on the cake. You will eat fresh sea food front of a stunning view. Batroun's tumult is just a 15 min walk away or 5 min bike drive and even less with a touktouk. But make no mistake, once you've reached Charbel's place , you may not want to even leave anymore... Don't hesitate, that's the place. Bravo to Charbel and his family for making this area, with some much attention, a true heaven for the travelers.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb. The sea view was brilliant – you could sit for ages just watching the water. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Best of all, it was really easy to get into town. Shops, restaurants, and the seafront were all within walking distance, so I didn’t need to rely on a car. It was a good base for exploring the area, and nice to come back to in the evenings. Simple, quiet, and well located – I’d definitely book it again.

An incredible location in the heart of Batroun’s Souk, nearby many beautiful historical things to see as well as great restaurants and shops. The hosts were responsive and helpful and the place itself was very private and cozy and clean. A perfect place for anyone wishing to have a great experience in Batroun and Lebanon.
