Vacation rentals with breakfast in Bathurst

We throughly enjoyed 5 nights at Hilton Homestead over New Year’s. Such a peaceful spot and the renovated home is just beautiful - the perfect mix of old and new. We enjoyed peaceful mornings, watching the wildlife and gorgeous sunsets and many home cooked meals. The surrounding towns are also quaint and very enjoyable to mosey around. Watching and listening to the cows being moved early on the first morning was a treat! Thank you Megan and John for the lovely stay. A perfect country getaway 💚

Jane was such a wonderful host and made sure our stay was as comfortable and easy as possible. The house has so much character and is such close distance to all of the goods of Orange and surroundings. Jane provided amazing service and made sure the necessities were all stocked including fresh milk/fruit, bread preserves and teas, and cold water which was so very kind.

We had an incredible stay at Sherwood Park for my daughter’s wedding in Blayney, providing comfortable accommodation for 8 adults and a baby. The house is amazing has everything you can think of the kids loved the board games. Bill was very accommodating setting up for before we arrived. Bills personal touch with the breakfast supplies, fruit platter, chocolates and the fresh flowers made it a pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend and stay again when we return to the area. Sherwood Park is highly recommended !!

Exemplary and well presented cottage style - so very well renovated. Spacious and well appointed bedrooms - beds were very comfortable and warm. Whole house was a real treat to stay and relax in. Kitchen had everything you need to self cater. Excellent host who made sure we were welcome and had everything we needed. Even a special delivery late at night with an extra medical kit due to one of us having an accident (our own fault!)! We were very comfortable and appreciated the offer-street parking for our three cars. To top it off the welcome pack was perfect - very discerning!

What a weekend we had. Sue was an amazing host, providing us fresh eggs and milk for the weekend and even let our kids experience getting the fresh eggs. The place was so peaceful and the bonfire in the evening was very exciting. We would love to come back soon to stay. I really appreciate Sue for being a great host.

We stayed in Cathy's place for three nights over Easter with our two small dogs. The house was amazingly clean and had everything we needed, seems recently renovated and appliances are all very new. The backyard was perfect for the dogs and super secure, and there was even a dog bed inside for them. Cathy even left us amazing snacks and Easter eggs which was an unexpected surprise! Excelent host and perfect property, we would love to return one day!

We had a lovely stay in Orange. Comfortable beds, clean and tidy, quiet street but still close enough to town to walk. Suited us (a couple plus one other) perfectly. Only super minor problem is that Vodaphone was a black spot for data - only calls and messages worked. There was no wifi and we needed to cancel a booking online so had to drive down the street. We had someone with Telstra and it worked fine though.

Andrew was fantastic – very friendly and responsive. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the location was great – quiet street with all the great pubs, restaurants and cafes in short walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Hilltop Farm. The cabin had every need catered for & was very cozy! The location was only a 5min drive from the edge of town but felt like a world away. The surrounds were a perfect choice for our little county escape.

A great location with everything you need. We had to book very last minute and Andrew was very quick with communication and it was perfect for what we needed. We walked to town for anything we needed and it had plenty of space for the family

We hadn't realised Jenny we were staying in Jenny's house with her. Her generosity, kindness and barista coffee was very welcoming! She made us breakfast and assisted with tourist information for the whole area, and also left us to our own timetable. We enjoyed meeting her rescue horses, dog and cat on the farm! We enjoyed her company so much we invited her out to dinner on our last night! It was a lovely property, clean, tidy and spacious and the beds were very comfortable (soft bamboo sheets). The farm was just five minutes drive from town so convenient to everything we wanted to see in or near Orange. A very enjoyable stay.

Anne was a fantastic host. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were fantastic. The location was within walking distance for where we needed to go in Bathurst.

Marjory went above and beyond with everything available and more. We had an amazing dinner at the house ( Lamb Shanks and veggies) and the room was great. Breakfast included so many home made juices, yoghurts and more. Could not fault anything, so many positives, I would go back again and take family and friends. Really close to the Japanese Bath House which made everything more enjoyable. Great host and amazing stay.

Leonie was a wonderful host; so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home from the 'get go'. A very comfortable room, bathroom and living area with coffee / tea and a wonderful continental breakfast. Couldn't recommend Leonie more. Thanks so much for the pleasure we had to stay with you.

The Grove B&B is in a quiet culdesac but very convenient to Orange - less than 10 minutes drive. Waking up to birdsong was beautiful. If you’re after clean rooms, a private lounge, a nice breakfast and lovely conversation with your host - then book your B&B stay! Heather was very accommodating, especially with looking after our dog - which allowed us time out to enjoy a meal together. Nothing was a bother - Heather and Lancelot made us feel very welcome.
