We have stayed at the lake before in another of Sue's cabins. This time, we were closer to another cabin but had no noise issues. Everything still felt very private and serene. We had beautiful mornings with the sun glistening off the water right outside our front door. Our trip was interrupted due to an impending ice and snowstorm. Sue was very kind to allow us to adjust our departure date. Definitely will continue to stay at the cabins for my trips home.

This is our third stay at White Oak Mountain Inn and will not be our last. As in the past, the house was easily accessible, clean, well-maintained, and inviting. A pretty cozy place!! We definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the Adrian and surrounding areas.

We had a beautiful, peaceful stay and can't wait to come back! The cabins are cozy enough to call home, beautifully appointed, clean and very comfortable with a beautiful view. The Rustic Duck within walking distance is amazing as well. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back and recommend to anyone in the area!

We have a last min rsvp and got in quick. Host is very responsive and had well communication during this quick process. Melissa was able to accommodate to my tiny little family. Love it! House was lovely and cozy. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us.

This place was so much more than what we asked for. The camping spot was an amazing size and the sun shone through the trees. It was so beautiful The animals were the biggest attraction. It is so amazing what these folks are doing to for these animals. They were so informative of native plants and trees and the history of their sanctuary, we had such a great time learning about the animals and feeding the animals snacks. This place was so amazing. I don’t think we could get enough of it. We’re already planning our next trip thank you Cheryl and and Laine for your hospitality and taking time out of your day to inform us of your beautiful animals for your sanctuary. Thanks again.

My daughter is paralyzed and is in wheelchair; so, to be able to be in a place that has wood floors instead of carpet, ramps instead of stairs, a peaceful, refreshing and beautiful surroundings that top most Airbnbs is truly what makes a couple nights stay so rejuvenating.
