Garden Bay Beach Getaway - "The Beach Shack"

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that is a stones throw from secluded and picturesque Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Private bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet, laundry/kitchenette has a toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities etc and washing machine. No stove. This little one bedroom yurt in a quiet cul de sac has a semi bushland outlook. It is close to beaches and 5 minutes drive from Batemans Bay. Air conditioned, wonderful timber ceiling, small deck for a quiet BBQ and ideal for a couple with two children. No problems parking on the driveway or in a one-car carport. Parking is also available on the street verge immediately in front of the yurt. Also parking space available for your boat trailer on the street verge. A quiet and private retreat.

My place is a cosy original beach house. The cottage is a very homely small house with good character. Two verandas on which to relax & unwind depending on the time of day. Located close to several beaches, the closest being 200m down the road. Café 366 at Mosquito Bay. Malua Bay shops are a 2 min drive, includes supermarket, bottle shop, take away, butcher/deli/coffee, newsagent. Reverse cycle AC & portable fans supplied. If you're after a space to relax, then this is the place for you.

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situated in a unique neighbourhood. Large private blocks with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 or 8 people, however, it would be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. Lots of wildlife.
