Very spacious apartment with a beautiful garden to relax. We felt comfortable and relaxed.

we had a very nice extended weekend, exploring Warnemünde and Kühlungsborn by bike, sighted the immediate surroundings and enjoyed the apartment again and again. The highlight for us was coming back to the apartment, very exclusive, yet cozy, everything you need is there and you can end the evening on the roof terrace. We highly recommend the accommodation and wish Mark many more nice guests who will appreciate the flair of the apartment.

We were very warmly welcomed and were immediately thrilled with the entire apartment. It is very tastefully furnished. We were also very pleased with the extensive kitchen facilities.

We stayed a few days over Easter at Quentin's apartment. Everything worked out well for us and we felt completely comfortable. In the rain, we made ourselves comfortable in the apartment and in sunshine we went directly to the beach in front of our door. We will be happy to come back. ✨🌈👍

The apartment of Tanja and Alexei is super located very close to the beach. It is quiet and clean. Everything you need is available and questions were answered very quickly. There are no shops nearby that are within walking distance. So if you arrive without a car, you should shop beforehand. Otherwise everything is great :)

It was a very nice stay. The accommodation is impeccable and the garden is a dream especially for children 👍 There is plenty to do in the area. Kassandra is super friendly and helpful.

We stayed there for three nights with our 10-month-old daughter. It was super nice and cozy. Our little dog also liked it very much. You can take a nice walk through the forest and play by the sea. The apartment is great and the area too. I would be happy to come back.

I booked the vacation home for my parents and they came home very satisfied and relaxed. Glad to come back! The two of them loved it.

The place is well maintained, modern and equipped with lots of details. The location is quiet and the surroundings offer nice opportunities for cycling & walking. They were very pleasant days, happy to come again!

We had a lovely short vacation on the Baltic Sea and Sabine's apartment was an ideal base for cycling trips to Rerik, Kühlungsborn and Heiligendamm. Very quiet location, we actually didn't meet anyone around the accommodation in the three days. There are no shops and restaurants or cafes in the immediate vicinity. Since we had a car, that didn't bother us. Thank you Sabine for the cozy accommodation.

The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations! Cozy and modernly furnished, the apartment was clean and discreetly decorated with a lot of love. We are a small family of 6 people in the apartment and there was more than enough space. Robert was very accommodating and provided both baby beds and a high chair. The open kitchen/living room also invites you to cook with modern appliances and thus to have nice dinners together. We had a relaxing night in the beautiful apartment, thank you and definitely recommend the apartment. If we are in Rostock again or in Warnemünde over the weekend, this will definitely be our choice for accommodation again. We wish you all the best and thank you again!

We stayed 4 days in this magnificent apartment and as described we had a view from the terrace over the fields to the promised sea view. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed great sunsets in the most beautiful colors. The apartment is so well equipped with everything that even toddlers are welcome. (crib, chair, potty, footstool) we have often rented an apartment for short breaks, but none corresponded to the photos and description like Martina's. Big compliment. We are happy to recommend this apartment and would be happy to come back ourselves.

We (two six-year-old girls and two adults) felt absolutely comfortable from the beginning. The apartment was very nice and very clean. We found everything as it was described. In addition, the contact with Anni was super nice. We'll be back.

Beautiful accommodation with attention to detail! Great indoor climate due to the wood and clay construction. The old settler's house leaves nothing to be desired!!

We enjoyed our girls' vacation. With two kids (5 and 2), the apartment was also sufficient. We didn't miss anything in the inventory. Playground and parking in the large yard and the small farm shop around the corner are also super nice Groceries are available in Kühlungsborn. 10 bus or car minutes away Small things as a note would be: - when booking a towel, there are no shower towels - we didn't know that before, maybe important for the other users - there are an insanely many flies in the apartment. No one can do anything for that. We didn't find the right antidote and unfortunately there are no flies, maybe they would help a bit?! all around have a nice week ! thank you

We have been here for the second time – and again absolutely thrilled! The apartment is a real dream: stylish, clean and perfectly equipped. The location is particularly noteworthy – it couldn't be quieter and yet in the center. You can't do any better. I'd come back anytime!

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. Extremely sufficient space for 6 people. Even with the two bathrooms, there was no morning "scramble"! Everything is super clean, wonderfully quiet. Shopping just across the street. Everything is great! We will be back.

It was our second stay at Quartierfreund's place, and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment was nicely decorated and well appointed. Especially the sauna and the bathtub were real highlights. Everything was clean, and the sea view from the balcony was simply gorgeous. We had nothing to complain about and can only recommend the accommodation!

Everything was perfect, we felt right at home and could enjoy our days very much. In this quiet place, Alexander's apartment is the perfect oasis of well-being with first-class amenities, whether in the very modern bathroom, in the kitchen or on the hot tub that works flawlessly even in winter. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment! :)

Very Nice place, close to the Beach and the city

We had a really great time staying at the place! Everything was super relaxed – totally quiet, but still you are on the beach or in the village in a few minutes' walk. Perfect mix. We were there with two dogs and everything was just right: The garden is completely fenced, the two could move freely, and we didn't have to worry about anything. Otherwise, the apartment was well equipped – nothing was really missing. Everything is very clean, tidy and furnished with a lot of love. Lutz was super friendly, totally uncomplicated and flexible – you just feel welcome. The bikes were a great extra, and the fact that they even thought of the spa card and a guide was really practical. In short: We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.
