We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The Airbnb is not only beautifully located, but also offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It was spotlessly clean and superbly equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. A special highlight was the barbecue area with pizza oven – a real paradise for cooking fans and a great experience that we very much enjoyed. The proximity to the sea was another plus; it is only minutes to the magnificent cliffs and refreshing water. Andrea was a great host, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described,if not better. The host was incredibly respectful, responsive, and flexible, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated his hospitality and how easy to communicate with. Two really special nights in a unique house! We stayed with a group of friends in this beautiful property and immediately felt at home. Attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the cozy furnishings to the warm and relaxing atmosphere. The accommodation is perfect for sharing moments with friends or as a couple, with spaces designed to feel good together. A highlight? The indoor jacuzzi-style pool in the bathroom: a real private, comfortable, and reserved relaxation corner, perfect after a day with friends. A special thanks goes to Tony, the owner. He was extremely kind and helpful. It was also my birthday, and with great care, he recommended a fantastic pastry shop. A gesture that I really appreciated and that made everything even more special. I highly recommend this house to those looking for an authentic, relaxing experience full of small gestures that make a difference. Thank you very much Tony, we will be back soon!

Great apartment in a convenient location near metro, buses and some great restaurants. Apartment is modern and of a high specification. It also has a great balcony and sweeping views over the city. Strong air conditioning, which is a must in Rome in the summer. Quick and clear communication ahead of and during the visit.

Emanuela and Roberto are great hosts with a great apartment. They were very helpful and welcoming at check-in making us feel right at home, The apartment is centrally located and secure with great views over the city. CasaZeta is perfect, well organized and clean, it is equipped with every comfort imaginable making our 9 night stay very enjoyable. Happy to stay here again if we are ever in Latina. One of the best properties we've ever stayed in. Highly recommended.

We loved staying here, kitchen was very well equiped; having umbrella with sunbeds and an entrance to the beach is awesome.

A fabulous place to stay in Tivoli. The train was about a 10 minute walk and could take you to Rome quickly but being able to return to the place in Tivoli was the best. Lots of shopping and sights to see in Tivoli!
