Vacation rentals in Bass Strait

I had booked eagles rest for my children and parents, we expected the house was beautiful from the pictures but it was even better then all the photos. The decor, artwork inside and out was spectacular. We loved the veggie and fruit that were grow around the house and the beautiful maintained garden. The garden outside each room made it so peaceful. We especially loved the pizza oven outside, using the fresh tomatoes picked from their garden. The fire pit was a hit too with the family,sitting around on the outdoor sofa and lounge bed. We were also welcomed with a beautiful basket of goodies on the bench which was such a warm welcome. Communication was great, answering our questions promptly and being so accommodating. Everything was stocked up for us in the house from kitchen, pantry laundry cupboard which helped us from having to go down to the shops and getting all the Nic nacs. I highly recommend Anton’s place, it was everything and so much more We will definitely be back for sure ?

Highly recommend this gorgeous place to stay! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, bathroom was stocked with towels and little shampoos and soaps, the views were incredible. Daryl and Sandra are both very lovely hosts and are happy to have a chat or leave you in peace…wonderful people! Overall, we have zero complaints. It was an amazing getaway and would go again

My family and I felt right at home the instant we walked in the door. The house holds a warm and comfortable setting and is an easy stroll to the local shops and cafes. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when we next visit Metung.

Great stay here. Trust what you read under Bohdan’s management. He’s a great host. The cottage is gorgeous and in a great location. Everything you need - very practical design. Well equiped and clean which was a highlight after staying in many grotty, sticky places with a lot of everything you don’t need. Bohdan asked for feedback as to what the cottage might need and I can’t think of anything - it’s all there 👍.

A really lovely location to escape away to the beach for a weekend. Fantastic location with very easy stroll to the beach and local restaurants, etc - best bit is not only is it fantasticly close to everything you want, but it also just far enough away that you get to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the main strip. The hosts were fantastic and gave excellent instructions making it easy to find and simple to get in and keep secure, and really loved the 1pm check-in time. Thank you!

Absolutely stunning views, very clean and neat! Beds were unbelievably comfortable! Had everything you need and more. Great location too, nice and quiet and only a quick drive to the main town/ shops

The place was nice and clean. two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. The place was quiet. Short drive to the cafes, shops, and the Irish pub. No WiFi.

A great dog friendly beach stay. Easy access to the beach and park. Secure backyard which was perfect for our two dogs. We all had a great Easter break in Ocean Grove. Thank you!

The property is so serene and a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Matched with its proximity to Wilsons Promontory, I cannot recommend it enough.
