A bright apartment in a single storey villa for rent. Access to private patio and garden part surrounded by lavender. The location is quiet and located in a scenic setting, with walking distance to the sea and to Tjörnedala art gallery. Baskemölla is a beautiful fishing village with ancient origins, 5 km north of Simrishamn, there is a swimming area and its own harbor. Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Unspoiled gem in beautiful Österlen, Baskemölla

Wind apartment (38 sq) on beautiful Skåne farm outside Baskemölla, Österlen. Secluded with forest and meadow all around. About 30 minute walk to the sea and sandy beach. Quiet and quiet with wonderful nature. 1 bedroom w double bed, 1 living room with sofa bed for 2, kitchen, bathroom, private entrance and patio. Free parking. Wifi included. Rent the sheet: SEK 125 and the towel set SEK 50. There is wonderful nature in the knots, but still the proximity to beaches, cozy cafés and restaurants. Cleaning 500 SEK or. clean yourself.

Architect-designed little house in Baskemölla in Österlen. Immaculate inside 2023. Close by is the sea and a great nature. Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north you take the wonderful promenade in the footsteps of Carl von Linnaeus towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little grains of gold that Österlen has to offer. Note: Rental 2024 v23-v28 (weekly) and V34-36 (weekly) check-in Sunday.

Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day
