Townhome vacation rentals in Basel-Landschaft

Isabelle and her mother were warm, welcoming hosts, and I had a good stay overall. The property is in a fantastic location near Old Town, with quick direct links both to the airport and Messeplatz. I appreciated getting an extra pillow when I asked for one, and being able to leave my luggage for a few hours after checkout. When picking it up, I was even offered a coffee 'for the road'. I will just mention two things. First, lthough a kitchen is listed as an amenity, I sensed a bit of reluctance around fridge use for example, which discouraged me from doing any simple cooking such as making eggs. Second, the street itself is quiet and the room overlooks a peaceful garden, but it's an older house with squeaky stairs/floorboards and rather thin walls. As there are several rooms being rented out, you tend to wake up with whomever goes to the bathroom first in the morning. So if you're noise-sensitive, you may want to consider that. Though overall, again, it was a nice experience.

Everything was perfect, the place, the location and the communication with Nadine. We will be happy to come back.

I had a great weekend at Sabine and François's, who welcomed me warmly and took the time to chat and give me valuable advice about the city. The accommodation was perfectly clean, comfortable and well equipped (I enjoyed the kettle and the mini fridge), a stone's throw (literally) from a bus stop and very close to the tram, which makes getting around really easy (although we can also walk). I was able to have the room until I left in the early evening, which was really convenient. It was a pleasure sleeping here and I look forward to coming back!

We had such a great stay at Sabine's place. spacy room, clean room and bathroom, quiet comfortable bed. welcoming and pleasant host. everything was great. Everything is expensive in Switzerland so it is tough to put an evaluation of the price but it was better price than the hotels and a way better experience than staying at the hotel :) so I can recommend 100%

Very nice house, I was surprised at the first glance of the house, is this the one I was going to stay in?Awesome! The room and bathroom and common space are clean and hygienic, the host is very friendly, responsive, willing to help, gave transportation cards and luggage storage, thank you very much. I have been using Airbnb for a few years now, and this place is one of my favorites. It had everything I was looking for. Very clean, comfortable, convenient, live local TV, close to grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries, located in a charming village, easy access to Basel, parking space provided. If I visit the area again, I will looking to see if this place is available.

We only stayed two nights, they were very nice! We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay. Amita is very friendly and we enjoyed staying with her. The house and the room are really very nice and cozy.

I was in Basel for a business trip and Paul has been very convenient & flexible with me. I arrived late but he welcomed me very friendly and let me do a meeting on his terrace the next Morning before leaving. Thanks Paul !

Tom is a wonderful host. He's incredibly responsive and helpful. He was so accommodating. The location is excellent -- within walking distance to stores, restaurants, the main area of Basel. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at Toms and Angelas place. They welcomed me in such a friendly way, I got some tea and something sweet to eat. I love the place, it’s like a Walhalla and as I was going to Joe Dispenza, this Airbnb was the best place to stay, high vibing energy! You can easily walk to the center or take the tram, but I preferred to walk. Also if you’re going to Joe Dispenza, you can walk to the place easily and avoid waiting for the crowded trams at the end :)

Katharina was very responsive, polite and flexible. Her home was clean and easily accessible by public transportation. I would definitely recommend staying there 🙂

Chris is a responsive, kind and very proactive person. The apartment is very peaceful and comfortable, the location is close to public transportation. I highly recommend this place
