Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Basel City

La communication avec Susanne était parfaite. La maison est située en pleine campagne mais facilement accessible par transport en commun juste en-dehors du village d’Alschwill avec ses maisons à colombage. La maison est grande avec plein de possibilités de couchage une belle cuisine et une table commune. On peut aussi s’installer à l’extérieur. Je recommande chaudement pour une grande famille ou un groupe d’amis.

Nous étions un groupe de 8 personnes et avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison. Elle présente un grand séjour avec et une très belle vue. Daniel était disponible et réactif par messages. Il nous a proposés des cartes de transport gratuites pour chaque invité nous permettant de visiter la belle ville, accessible facilement en tram.

Das Häuschen sieht genau so aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr charmant. Der kleine Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Ich habe mich sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet - es hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Glocken der nahegelegenen Kirche stören überhaupt nicht. Man ist zu Fuss schnell im Dorf, wo es zahlreiche Restaurants hat und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Beautiful house beyond what pictures can describe with great designs and taste. Guylaine is SUPER helpful and communicative. I will definitely stay again when I’m in Basel!

Doris en haar man waren vriendelijke verhuurders. De locatie is een goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan de vele musea in Basel en omgeving. Het dorpje heeft op loopafstand een goed restaurant en de accommodatie zelf is zeer geschikt voor minder validen.

La communication et l'accueil (présentiel ce que nous apprécions) ont été excellents. Roberto est très sympathique et particulièrement serviable avec d'agréables attentions. Le logement est spacieux (nous étions 5 avec un chien), très bien distribué, très propre et très bien équipé. Le jardin n'est pas très grand mais charmant, avec une véranda exposée au sud, très accessible et ensoleillée. Le quartier est tranquille et la ville est très accessible à pieds ou en transport, comme le quartier du "Messe". Vraiment un excellent choix pour nous, A recommander chaleureusement !

Fantastic rental / beautiful home and great location!

Bien ubicado, a 15’ andando de la estación central, con parada de tranvía muy cerca y muy cómodo para el transporte desde el aeropuerto. Se puede ir andando al centro. Buena comunicación y Limea fue atenta con nuestra llegada. Echamos de menos que nos informasen de que podíamos disponer del transporte público gratuito al quedarnos en un apartamento, pero es cierto que tampoco preguntamos por ello. Muy recomendable

Wir haben diese Unterkunft gewählt, weil wir für eine Nacht einen Schlafmöglichkeit benötigten. Andrea und ihr Mann haben uns sehr herzlich begrüsst und uns alles gezeigt. Die Lage und die Umgebung sind sehr ruhig und der Garten ist sehr idyllisch, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Wenn man die Dachfenster öffnet, sind die Temperaturen in der Nacht angenehm und erträglich. Es ist Sommer und ein Dachzimmer ist immer wärmer als in einem Keller, das waren wir uns auch bewusst. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der Garten ist wunderschön, gespickt mit kleinen Details, so dass man sich hier wohlfühlen und den Tag entspannt beginnen kann. Die Wohnung ist super für Kurztrips, aber auch für längere Aufenthalte. Sie ist etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber dadurch, dass die Tram- und die Busstation fast direkt vor der Tür liegt, kommt man sehr schnell in die Altstadt und erreicht alles. Die Ausstattung der Räume, des Badezimmers und der Küche ist perfekt. Der traumhafte Garten ist zusätzlich mit Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet und lädt zum entspannen ein. Die Umgebung war schön ruhig. Alles in allem hat das Apartment unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir waren begeistert über die Freundlichkeit und Flexkbilität unserer Gastgeberin.

Franziska was a fabulous host. Very welcoming and really responsive to queries and advice before we arrived. There was food provided for breakfast and dinner (although we ate out in the evenings) and coffee, tea and biscuits! Also toiletries in the bathroom- everything we could need. Also very convenient location as next to the train station with a 7min journey into Basel and a 2 min walk to tram also. Made our visit for Eurovision 2025 even more enjoyable! Thank you

Das Château hat uns alles geboten für ein genussvolles Familientreffen. In der grossen Küche konnten wir gemeinsam kochen, im Salon den Apéro geniessen und im grossen Esszimmer Abendessen. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön. Das Spielzimmer ist beim Jüngsten auch gut angekommen.

Katharina & Daniel son muy atentos, el apartamento estaba perfectamente preparado y equipado con todo lo necesario. Nos dejaron incluso unos chocolates suizos de bienvenida! El lugar y las vistas son preciosas, súper tranquilo y muy bien conectado con buses y trenes cerca. Muy recomendable!

Kristopher war jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Perfekt für unseren Kurzaufenthalt in Basel und sehr zu empfehlen .

Perfect location, perfect host and the most perfect apartment in Basel! ❤️ Joana was incredibly helpful during our stay for the ESC in Basel. She gave loads of excellent restaurant recommendations and gave us tips on how to get to her apartment from the airport. Communication worked incredibly well and there was no extra hassle with check-ins or -outs. The kitchen / shower arrangement worked well for us and the bedroom looks bigger in reality than in the photos. The building has its old-time charm and we loved it very much. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Basel and looking for a place next to good public transportation options. Thank you once again Joana, you are the most amazing host ❤️

Great location, very walkable and appreciated the basal card that Zoe provided i before our arrival . Also Appreciated having two keys to the apt. Zoe was very helpful, she FaceTimed and then stopped over to help instruct me on how to use the dryer. Beds were comfortable. This apt met our needs. Would stay here again.

Nice place and more than adequate for my needs. Were I to visit Basel again, I might look for a neighborhood with more restaurant options. I was very grateful for a loaned power converter when the one I had (round) didn't fit into the enlongated hexagonal outlets.

Tolle Wohnung. Supermarkt und ÖV direkt unterhalb des Gebäudes. Ausserhalb und doch nah am Stadtzentrum. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und flexibel sowie stets erreichbar. Absolut zu empfehlen.

This was a very nice Airbnb to stay in. It was decorated beautifully in a scandi style. Very calming and relaxing. We have stayed in a lot of airbnbs and it’s rare to find an owner that has thought of everything. She communicated well and was friendly. Check in and out was easy with key safe. Was nice to have space to sit outside. Again it’s rare to find such a quiet apartment which meant that we slept very well! Location felt more residential. It would have been nicer to have been located closer to the main centre but the trams were that quick and only over the road that we didn’t mind so much. Only a few minutes into the centre. A quick trip via an uber to the airport also.

Es war ganz toll in Franks Appartement, mit viel Sinn für Ästhetik. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, hat wahrscheinlich Schwierigkeiten mit der Treppe zum Bett zu gelangen. Er ist ein sehr netter und engagierter Gastgeber. Die Gegend ist auch schön, etwas Abstand zur Innenstadt in einer tollen genossenschaftlichen Wohnanlage. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder :)
