The 30 m2 apartment located in the Residence "O Coeur de Deshaies", has a bedroom with a very comfortable Queen size 160 bed and a mosquito net, a beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower , wc, hair dryer. Nous avons séjournés dans ce logement tout climatisé un réel bonheur. De plus la tranquillité des lieux et le paysage sont au top. La literie très bonnes juste un petit bémol pour les oreillers. Sinon vous pouvez réservé les yeux fermés. Je recommande

J'y ai résidé 50 jours, que du pur bonheur. Appartement d'une propreté impécable avec tout les appareils et accessoires nécessaire au quotidien. M. Frédéric est intentionné et avenant. Il va jusqu'à faire des démarches pour vous facilité l'adaptation. L'appartement est située au coeur même de la magnifique Guadeloupe. À proximité vous y trouvé une dizaine de restos, épicerie, pharmacie et boutiques. Je recommande sans hésité l'appartement de M. Frécéric

Très beau logement au cœur de la marina de Pointe-à-Pitre. Nombreux restaurants de tous types dans les alentours. Calme. Accès au parking de la marina : on est sûr d'avoir une place. Le logement est beau et très bien équipé : on voit que chaque détail a été pensé. Belle terrasse, très agréable le soir. La citerne permet de se prémunir des coupures d'eau, qui, comme on sait en Guadeloupe, peuvent être impromptues, et durer de quelques heures à quelques jours. Anne-Charlotte nous a accueilli en personne (c'est mieux qu'une boîte à clé impersonnelle comme dans beaucoup d'autres logements). Elle nous a décrit le quartier et ce que l'on pouvait y trouver. Elle nous a tenu informée des annonces de coupures d'eau. Je ne peux que recommander notre hôte et son logement. J'y reviendrai sûrement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Céline. Le logement est complètement conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement propre et très bien climatisé. La citerne d’eau installée permet de ne pas subir les coupures d’eau. Les messages de Céline avant l’arrivée sont très rassurants. Céline nous a accueillis très chaleureusement pour nous présenter le logement. Elle a été disponible tout au long du séjour et de bons conseils. Les enfants ont adoré pouvoir bénéficier de la piscine du logement. Par ailleurs logement très bien situé, proche de Saint François. Le seul petit bémol c’est qu’on sent que les infrastructures de l’ancien complexe hôtelier commencent à avoir besoin de rénovations. Merci Céline !

The apartment is just as beautiful as the pictures show and the wonderful private beach is only a short walk away. You will find everything you need (starting from beach towels to a perfectly equipped kitchen) and the proprietor is really helpful and caring. Absolutely gorgeous!

Really enjoyed my stay. Great views, absolutely quiet and a very short drive into the city. You have to be handle your car, because the street can be quite steep at times, but it is 100% worth it. I appreciated in particular the chance to communicate in English, thank you for that as well. Would stay again!

Location impeccable, proche du centre commercial Milenis et de l'aéroport. Les instructions sont claires pour se rendre au logement (via waze), bien prendre le 1er chemin à droite depuis la rue principale... Nicole est accueillante et toujours disponible tout en étant très discrète. Je recommande ce logement à la décoration moderne et soignée et très bien équipé. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir !

Naidy est une hôtesse souriante, chaleureuse et plein d'attentions. La maison est spacieuse , très bien équipée et très bien située. Elle possède un jacuzzi avec vue sur la mer... petit plus qui fait du bien. la terrasse est grande et permet de manger dehors en toute tranquillité sans vue des voisins. nous recommandons fortement ce logement !

The place is perfect for a vacation close to the beach of Grande Anse, the most beautiful beach in Guadeloupe. There are several independent rental units in the property, they are well separated and each feels secure and private. You may be visited by a couple of graceful cats who will be very appreciative if you give them a treat or two and they may let you pet them. The house is located within a walkable distance from the beach, with a caveat though that it is uphill, with the last couple of hundred yards of a rather steep ascend. You have to pay for the beautiful view, but on the other hand that makes a good exercise not to feel guilty if you had a couple of extra delicacies from the boulangerie. Carine and Raoul are very responsive and accommodating hosts, they even organize some social gatherings for their guests, but you better brush up your French. Overall a great place for the price, we enjoyed staying there a lot.

Belle place et le paysage est magnifique ! L'appartement hyper bien équipé , même pour la plage et pique nique. Une première pour nous en Airbnb mais on le referas ! Par contre j'aurais aimé que l'on nous disent que tout ce fais absolument en voiture. Le dimanche après 14:30 tout est fermé, donc pas moyen de manger ni de faire épicerie. Les taxis sont dispendieux mais hyper gentil. Les gens sympathique et accueillants avec les Canadiens et surtout les gens du Québec . Perso la plage se St-Anne est la plus belle. Les points de visites sont très beaux mais bcp de places n'ont pas de toilettes ! a vérifier et s'organiser. ( Ilet du Gosier , Bains jaunes, Pointe du châteaux .. ont resto mais pas de toilettes ! attention ) On retourneras probablement en Guadeloupe mais plus vers St-Anne qui est une belle ville et plus facile de marcher et plus complète pour un 7 jours. Merci a Audrey !
