Vacation rentals with lake access in Bartlett

We had a fun family weekend in beautiful North Conway. There was plenty of space and room for every couple to have privacy yet a large common area we could all be together. The neighborhood was peaceful and and easy walk to the common path to the river. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed as well as the bathrooms and laundry room. We would go back and will recommend to our friends! Cindy

Aimee’s place was amazing! Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. So much attention to every detail. Aimee was quick to respond with any questions I had. The games provided great entertainment for the kids during a snowy day. I highly recommend. We can’t wait to come back.

We had such a wonderful few days at Camp Sweden! We sat on the deck and had a fire every night. My husband went fishing while my dog swam in the pond. I spent my days reading and writing. It was a good digital detox (they do have a tv, but we only watched it for a little each night before bed and kept it off during the day). Overall it was exactly what we had hoped for: peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our time at the Lodge. Accommodations had everything you could want. Place was spotless and beautiful. Really appreciate that the Lodge was also dog friendly! Pictures depicted canoes and kayaks, but didn’t mention they’re locked and not accessible to guests which was unfortunate. The late check in and early check out ultimately felt like we lost out on quite a bit of time for adventure, but we knew that was the deal when we booked it so can’t complain. Appreciate the easy communication with the hosts and do highly recommend their place to stay.

Bonnie was a great host and her home did not disappoint! This was the most well-stocked Air BnB I’ve even been to; the hot tub and sauna were icing on the cake. Would definitely love to visit again!

This home is an amazing place to unwind and relax. Stasia & family have thought of everything you need to make your visit to Bridgton a perfect stay. My sister and I came to Maine for the first time for a girls’ weekend and this cabin did not disappoint. From the clean, spacious environment to the abundance of amenities, this home completely satisfied our need for a great weekend away from home. There are a ton of recommendations Stasia provides to make the most out of your trip and she is reliable and keen to offer more tips to make it a great stay. Everything is organized and labeled in the home, and the views cannot be beat. Whatever we thought of, from extra blankets to games, was available to us. It was quiet and peaceful, and everything in the house is easy to use. Thank you for making our first visit to your state unforgettable. We will definitely be back at some point. If you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable home away from home, this is it!

Plenty of room for my group. The kids loved all the different beds to choose from. Nice peaceful area down at the lake with a few canoes and kayaks to enjoy.

The place was perfect for my family of 4. Minutes from Pleasant mountain. Place was very clean with everything we needed. Jakov was also great a communicating with us. Highly Recommend

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

Bob was a super responsive host and the place was great for access to the mountain and a ski weekend. Shuttle service or a short drive yourself. I would recommend checking in on Friday (we did Saturday) just because the managing company isn't open on weekends and if you need something it will get there, but takes a bit longer. Place was great and spacious for us and our kiddo to enjoy the mountain and unwind. Access to the health club/pool was a huge plus for a swim after a day on the slopes.

Great stay. Easy self check-in, the host was super responsive about minor questions, the place was clean and exactly as advertised. The location is very kid friendly, there's a nice playground across the street, a beach and mini shopping plaza, and an athletic club (passes were $50/day for families) all within a 5 minute walk. Fantastic experience and would definitely stay again.

We couldn’t love our stay anymore! It was perfectly located on the lake for our 11 year old who loves to fish. With incredible views, we couldn’t ask for a better location. The house is well appointed with everything you need. Neighbors were great. Very easy stay. We’d love to visit again!

This place was really nice! Its on a beautiful lake with a lot to do! Jessica had plenty of kayaks, canoes, and life vests. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It's also very close to many great hiking areas Mt Washington.

Lovely cottage even better than the pictures. Gorgeous view from the spacious open living area. We enjoyed the view during meals and then gathered together on the large couch to watch movies as a family. Everything was clean and clutter free. Fully stocked kitchen was appreciated. There's a paved rail trail across the street that was so easy to get to. All in all, very pleased with our stay.

Loved Nancy's cabin! Stayed for a cold weekend in snowy February '25. Family of six with adult children, significant other, 8month old baby, and pups. Circle dirt driveway fit our three suvs with room for more (beginning of driveway is shared with house next door). Right off route 113, but hardly noticed the traffic noise, the river scenery was gorgeous and peaceful. River was frozen and there is a walking trail across the way, so we saw a few snowshoers and their pups, otherwise a secluded stay. Three bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, living room, kitchen, and one bunk room in the basement with a second living area and half bath with laundry. Kitchen was fully stocked. Cozy but enough room for us to spread out. Wifi worked well. The ramp up to the house from the driveway wasn't shoveled, nor was the deck, but one shovel was provided and we brought our own shovels to clear it for use. Also nice covered area under the deck out the basement door. Comfy beds! Cards and board games too.

The hosts are amazing! Very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately we were not there on vacation displaced from our home for 2 months. It was welcoming and once settled in felt like home, it was a little strange to leave lol - If I needed anything the host were available and willing to help. I wish this displacement was during summer months! Thank you Brad and Colleen

Wow, what a perfect house. Our favorite ABNB yet!! Some hi lights enjoyed by all 6 guests include comfy beds, room darkening shades, 3 full baths, coffee/drink area separate from kitchen. It was our 1st time to lake Ossipee, but it will not be our last! We swam, kayaked, fished etc. the lake was so clear and clean and warm. The scenery was spectacular. Robert was a great host and we would absolutely rent again.

Spent 3 days ice fishing with friends, the location was excellent and the accommodations were perfect. The host was responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it to friends. Thanks Mary Jane for sharing your place with us!
