With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Wir befinden uns in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung am Rande der kleinen Stadt Barth. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 5 Min zu Fuss. Gastronomie reichhaltig vorhanden. Am Meer seid ihr in 45 Min mit dem Rad und in 15 Min mit dem Auto. Fahrzeit Fähre vom Hafen Barth nach Zingst ca 45 Min.

Unsere 2 Zimmer Ferienwohnung 45qm liegt im Dachgeschoss, ein kombiniertes Wohn-& Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet. Im Wohnraum steht Ihnen ein drittes Bett zur Verfügung. Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei bis drei Gäste ausgelegt. Der zur Wohnung gehörende PKW Stellplatz liegt direkt am Haus und steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22, 25-April 5, 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. The newly renovated and modernly furnished apartment is 40 square meters and ideally suited for two people plus a toddler. It offers you a bathroom with shower, a bedroom, a well-equipped fitted kitchen and the cozy living room. All rooms have separate underfloor heating. You will be living not far from the center, which is within walking distance. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. We look forward to seeing you.

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.
