MUST BE COVID SAFE Local cafes and restaurants only a 5 min walk, 10min walk to the botanical gardens, CBD is only 12mins by car. The studio is spacious, light and airey. Once inside, views to the pool which is surrounded by tropical garden. In the pool area there is a large sunbed for relaxing, morning coffee or a quiet sundowner. You have your own courtyard for some private bubbles. My place is very private, quiet and you will have a real local experience. It offers your own BBQ for cooking.

This one bedroom suite is air conditioned private and separate from main house. Located just outside the city and 14 minutes drive to the airport, and city centre, only 20 minute drive to northern beaches. Peaceful suite that is attached to the main house where we live, but completely private, with your own entrance.
