I recently stayed at this beautiful retreat and was thoroughly impressed. The entire property was spotless, with every detail thoughtfully maintained. The horses were gentle and a joy to be around, they even come close to house. was really nice to pet them. The spa and pool area was a true highlight: serene, clean, and incredibly rejuvenating. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or a bit of adventure, this place offers the perfect balance. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my return. Thank you for having us!

lovely little place clean and well maintained in a quiet area. They left bacon and eggs and a few other goodies for us to enjoy which was very much appreciated. Spa was lovely and clean unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it. Highly recommend for staying and exploring the Hunter Valley.

Kerry’s place was perfect for us. The champagne and cheese platter on arrival was a great touch & the amenities provided are hard to find at such an affordable price

We are so happy we have found this beautiful gem. We will come back for sure! Our arrival was a bit stressful as we were trying to arrive quickly before the roads were closed (due to floods) and Jill helped us along the way even organizing a really early check in! We were also lucky to stay another night as the roads were still closed or just newly opened. The place is beautiful in the rain and bathed in the sunshine. We saw so many birds and loved saying hi to the chickens everyday. It is cosy, well furnished and extremely comfortable! It really feels like home! We will recommend it to friends and family when they come to this part of the world!

This is my second time staying at this cottage and it felt like home again. Cecilia is warm and friendly and takes great pride in being a host. Everything is as described and the cottage has what you need for a short or long stay. It’s a great location in Stockton, with all amenities accessible on foot. This is one of the best, if not the best, Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had.

My partner and I stayed in Cadair Cottage 1 and we really really enjoyed our short time here. We were only here for a couple of nights but would have loved to extend our trip. There is so much to like about this place. Firstly, the surroundings are just absolutely beautiful - you are in nature and if you’re coming from a city landscape you’ll switch off so quickly. The cottage itself was spotless and had such a homely feel. All of the amenities you’d need with a fireplace, stove top, wifi, tv with foxtel and streaming - beautiful bedrooms and comfortable linen. The hot tub is also so nice to relax in and watch the sun come down. The yard (which is fully fenced) offers an expansive play area for your furry friends and our girl Peppa absolutely loved her time here too. She had so much fun. You are visited by neighbouring sheep and cows and it’s truly magical to watch them graze and trail by. Thank you, Simone - we can’t wait to return to this beautiful property again.

An absolute stunning property, we couldn’t believe how big the house was despite looking small. It was very cozy and loved the special touch of getting into a warm (electric blanket) bed at night. The views were to die for and baths were a great idea. We 100% recommend and would love to come back one day.

We were in Maitland for a weekend of sport and Sally's place was an easy 14 minute drive from town - and a welcome escape from the noisy stadium. We were greeted on arrival with warm freshly baked bread and homemade treats, and made to feel right at home. Our dog loved running around and meeting the inquisitive cows and friendly horses along the fence line, and we were warm and cosy inside the cottage - and protected on the sunny verandah on what was a pretty cold and windy long weekend. Thank you Sally for a lovely stay!

Amazing place. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Peaceful and quiet with very comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent host who goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and want. Will happily leave you alone or keep you company and entertain you, if you prefer. Cozy fireplace. Modern bathroom. Awesome sauna and pool. Amazing views with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Excellent fire pit. Clear views of the stars and the Milky Way. A perfect getaway.

Our stay at Tallowood cottage was lovely. The cottage was better than pictured. The bed in the main bedroom was probably the best bed we have slept in for an Airbnb. The house was roomy and comfortable. Unfortunately we stayed during an East Coast low and the backyard turned into a swimming pool so it was difficult for our dog to use. We just used the front yard instead. So great to have a dog friendly comfortable property so close to a dog beach. Susan and her team were extremely responsive to our communications and let us extend our stay until the road home had reopened after the floods a bit further south. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Roz was super accommodating with our last minute request to stay. We were so grateful to have a ‘home away from home’, for the duration of a course I was attending nearby and to share the cosy, private and peaceful space with our dogs. The sofa bed I front of the fire was a big novelty for our daughter, and we all stayed very warm thanks to the plentiful firewood provided. Beautiful north western mountain views from the elevated site and wonderful sunsets to wind down with in the evening. Comfy beds, fresh linen and quiet nights left us all refreshed and ready to explore and enjoy the wonders of Biripi and Worimi country. Thanks Roz! I will certainly recommend.

Absolutely loved my stay at Chris’a place. From the moment I arrived felt right at home. Loved all the inclusions jams breads coffees milk ect. It’s perfect spot to the beach and shops all walking distance. My dogs loved the dog friendly beach. I loved the privacy of Chris’ place the dogs had a little front area and I could sit there with a cuppa in the sunlight whilst they played. Thank you Chris !!!

Great house to stay in! Very spacious and close to the beach/shops and a short drive from other surrounding beaches and shops. Amazing price for what you get as well. Lovely back yard and easy to get in to.

Tanya’s place was a perfect B&B with actual breakfast provided (eggs, bacon, bread, OJ, milk etc). It was so spacious and great that it was pet friendly. It was walking distance to a few vineyards and very close to other wineries and activities. Highly recommend.

Lorraine and Glenn were very welcoming and responsive hosts. The cottage was relaxing, peaceful and serene. It had an antique vibes, located in to the woods which fit perfectly to our needs. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Such a magical place! The cottage is tucked away in nature, full of flowers, birdlife, and even a herb garden we were welcome to use. Ashleigh and Jarrod were incredible host-very kind and welcoming. We spent a few peaceful nights here and left feeling truly refreshed. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Cessnock! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the heart of the wine region and conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores, which made it easy to enjoy a night out or cook at home. Jen was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. The fireplace was such a cozy touch, especially paired with a glass of wine from one of the nearby wineries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chill-Out cottage. Check-in was super easy. It’s a great property for families with dogs. The dog friendly One Mile beach is just around the corner, our doggies were thrilled. The cottage was very comfortable, spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. There are books, games, puzzles for rainy days and we enjoyed watching Binge and Netflix in the evenings. We will definitely return.

The location is perfect, offering stunning sunsets over the lake—a truly magical sight to end each day. Ken & Cathy’s communication was exceptional, providing a detailed app with all the information guests might need. This was incredibly helpful and made our stay seamless and stress-free. Beyond the lake house, we had a fantastic weekend exploring the area and discovering the beautiful beaches nearby. Went away for a few nights with some friends and the accommodation was absolutely beautiful, clean and well furnished! There were plenty of books, games, outdoor furniture, BBQ, and kitchen amenities which made the trip very easy and fun. The location was so peaceful and quiet and the drives to the beaches were really pretty views of the lake passing lots of beautiful farmland. Luisa was an amazing host giving lots of local recommendations and giving very easy instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and will be 100% going back!

Love this place! A really relaxing weekend for two couples. Loved the bush surroundings. Not too far from coffee shops, a pub, and several incredible beaches.
