Wow I just don’t know where to begin in explaining Encanto It was beautiful and one in a life time experience. Hearing the sound of waves while falling asleep was something out of a fairytale. Our host was very responsive and helpful in making recommendations on where to go for my wife’s birthday dinner. Living right on the beach was something me and my family did not want to ever leave from. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Beautiful view, very relaxing to listen to the sound of the waves from the balcony, watch the sunset, and contemplate the moon. The beach is just steps away and super quiet. The apartment is super comfortable and clean, you feel right at home!

Yaneira's villa on the beach is a paradise. The accommodations, balcony and pool were amazing. The pelicans, private beach and coral reef were an extra special surprise. Bring your snorkeling gear, it is worth it!

Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

what a great experience! the unit was clean , organized, had everything we need the balcony and the sunset were awesome! it was a secluded place, I like how I spent alot of down time reading and reflecting also it's close to everything supermarkets,and they have a organic supermarket the coffee pot was also clean! most Airbnb has a old coffee pot that you don't even wanna touch ,this is one was clean ! my over all experience was well worth my money can't wait to be back in Puerto Rico!

We chose Mara’s listing for the deck and beautiful location—and it did not disappoint. The view was absolutely spectacular. We ended up skipping many of our planned activities simply because we enjoyed being at the house so much. We fished right from the deck, kayaked, snorkeled, swam, and soaked in the stunning scenery—all without leaving the property. Mark was incredibly friendly and super responsive throughout our stay. The home was exactly as described, and the area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here and truly hope to book again someday.

Excellent place, private and very peaceful. Walkable to the beach. The pool is amazing for adults and kids!!!

Nuestra estadía en este Airbnb fue absolutamente hermosa. El lugar es tranquilo, impecablemente limpio y lleno de detalles que nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Todo fue tal como se describe… ¡y aún mejor en persona! Me hubiera gustado quedarme mucho más. Cheryl fue una anfitriona excepcional. Su amabilidad, las indicaciones claras y sus recomendaciones hicieron que nuestro viaje fuera aún más especial. Su trato es verdaderamente inigualable. Ella es muy linda y atenta. Excelente lugar para relajarse. La casita es muy acogedora y hogareña. Es súper moderna, un espacio tranquilo y alrededores muy bonitos. El area en general es bien tranquila y limpia. Sin duda, un lugar que volvería a repetir. La comunicación con el dueño súper buena y muy atentos. Estamos muy complacidos

Nos encantó el lugar. Definitivamente ya queremos Volver !! Todo limpio, organizado. La playa espectacular y la piscina. Mis hijos lo amaron. El atardecer de ahí se ve espectacular. Gigi, siempre respondió rápido y fue muy atenta con nosotros.

What a lovely place to relax and de-compress in! Even a few minutes on the balcony would be enough to feel relaxed and restored: the view of the sea, the sound of the waves lapping against the shore, the palm trees, the pelicans, the general peace and quiet (except for the few times that renovation work was being carried out!) One favorite treat was to walk to the back of the adjacent hotel, go along a path (rather overgrown, but short), and then come to the huge manicured grounds of some long-deserted school, with lovely trees and lawn, and which in turns leads to a long shoreline of stretch of sandy beach for at least 3-4 miles (until the Anasco River). Just be aware that the LOW tides are the best time to do this. Having gone over there for over fifty times over the three seasons I've been there, I can vouch for its safety and tranquility. Try it!!!

It was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was spacious and very clean. The only issue we had was parking but Erica was great with getting back to us.

We had a great time at Bill's! The location right on the water is ideal. Bill was incredibly helpful with arrival logistics and suggestions of places to check out! The airbnb had many nice touches including lots of beach towels / chairs to use. Definitely hope to come back!

Rithy was very responsive.The wine and snacks were a nice touch.Beautiful views and surroundings.Would definitely stay here again

I had an amazing stay at Carlo’s place. He was so attentive and everyone was so helpful. The view alone is worth every penny. It felt like home!

Our stay was phenomenal, responsive host, prompt for around town activities, helpful, and friendly. Easy to find. Easy to park. Quiet neighbors. Little to no traffic at night. Towels, sheets, extras provided. Some toiletries available for guest use as well as kitchen wares. Coffee maker, small blender, pots, pans, fridge. Close to town. Beach right outside the property. Sunsets are amazing. Great use of the property.

This location was so amazing, comfortable Clean and great communication! We definitely recommend!!

As far as beach stays go, you can’t beat the views and access Bill’s place offers. It’s also so close to town and everything you could possibly need during your stay in Rincon. We loved waking up and jumping in the water and morning tea on the porch. We had some questions during our stay and Bill was so quick to respond and resolve any issues. He also gave us some great local recs. Thank you Bill!
