Cozy Mountain Home w/Million $ View

Privacy, awesome views of Trapp Family Lodge and Stowe Mountain Resort. 5 min drive to town and 10 min to ski area. Home to famous visiting musicians thru the years including the recording of Phish's " Story of the Ghost ". Family or a group love it! My home offers a great open space to relax in front of the fire and enjoy the company of friends and/or family. It easily accommodates a lot of people. The entire house is for rent although less is open for discussion as well, just ask. I stay in an apartment next door so am readily available should anyone have a question. In the winter it is best to have snow tires or four wheel drive to access the property. I am around however to assist if you need help getting up the hill. The road and driveway are both maintained very well but this is Vermont and we get a lot of snow!

With 2 bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep up to 2 families of 4, easily split between the upper and lower level with the main/deck level in between. Tons of family fun to be had: pool table, foosball, hot tub, games/toys, stocked kitchen, a deck and dock overlooking the pristine mountain lake and minutes to Branbury State Park's Beach. Nay's Lake House has mini split cooling and heating.

Absolutely beautiful remodeled duplex in amazing Burlington neighborhood , walking distance to Lake Champlain, Pine Street and the Hula Work space. This four bedroom 2.5 bathroom is a perfect oasis. One King bedroom, a queen, a queen Murphy bed that is in it's own private bedroom and can be converted to an office and a bunk room. Hot tub with views of Lake Champlain. Welcome to my super cozy house in the Old North End! The house is a 15 minute walk to the top of Church Street and is located near a market, yoga studio, and coffee shop. There is a farmer's market located directly across the street on Tuesday afternoons in the summer months. The house has tons of natural light, a comfy sofa and mattresses, a large TV with access to Netflix and HBO, and lots of books. Both bedrooms have sound machines and fans. Coffee and tea provided!
