Luiz welcomed us very well, he was very understanding, we got stuck in traffic and arrived after the scheduled time, he gave us information about the neighborhood, the street is quiet, in a very good neighborhood, with a bakery, supermarket, great restaurants and bars nearby, good location for getting around (for those who don't know BH, close to the center and Pampulha region) the space is as described which made us very comfortable, I recommend it and would come back more often.

It was perfect, it exceeded expectations... an excellent place for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Impressive silence, the house is super nice, everything is very well maintained. Anyway, we highly recommend it!!!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, well-decorated, extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we need to feel at home. Every detail was thought out with great care and affection. The location is excellent, in a quiet, safe area with easy access to everything. The bed is super comfortable, the rooms are well ventilated and lit. It was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I've ever had in accommodation. Great stay, very cozy house and with all the necessary items for a short or longer stay. The house was clean, the bed linen was very fragrant. Ricardo is a great host, very helpful and kind. He made check-in time flexible and helped throughout the stay with what was needed. I recommend it!

It's a simpler neighborhood. But there are good houses around the property. The house was renovated and modern, everything was great. A good kitchen, good bathroom and 3 excellent-sized bedrooms. Our stay was great.

We were very pleased with our stay in Belo Horizonte. The house is extremely organized, clean and faithful to the photos in the description — exactly as we expected. The structure is excellent and offers comfort and practicality in all rooms. The host was very responsive, attentive and flexible, always willing to help and resolve any need quickly and cordially. We feel very welcome all the time of stay. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the inclusion of more beds (or bunk beds) would help to optimize the space, especially for larger groups. An additional bathroom would also be welcome. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Congratulations on the organization and the excellent hosting. We recommended and would come back for sure!

We stayed two months in this house and it met our needs very well. The space is very good, equipped, great location and we felt at home. I recommend it for those looking for a long stay!

Perfect place for those looking for rest, quiet and comfort. Very well-equipped loft, full kitchen, excellent Wi-Fi and great cleaning. I intend to return soon to see the other lofts. Polite and quick host in returns.

I loved staying at Kelly's place. Peaceful place with privacy and well-equipped house. A differential for me was that on the sidewalk of the house there is an onibua point, where several lynes pass and therefore, I did not have to spend on uber. But because it was a bottom house, there was no street deck. For me that I am light sleep, it is a very important thing. Safe neighborhood with supermarket, bakery and gym nearby. It was a great stay The house is beautiful and cozy, with a huge jabuticabeira that gives a unique charm to the house.

We spent a very quiet and peaceful weekend at the accommodation. The house is a gem and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The nature that surrounds the house is certainly a differential. We were apprehensive about the comments about the entrance to the house, but I have a low car and we had no problems. The detail of the record player with records is an extra charm. We'll be back, for sure.

Liliana's place is in a great location. We were 2 people and found it very spacious and quiet. We were warmly welcomed and everything went very well. The beds are comfortable, there are wardrobes, bed linens, towels and blankets, which I consider a plus for quick trips. Great value, the host is to be congratulated!
