The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has many kitchen utensils ( more even than in the photos), cozy bed and sofa, with a good quilt... Everything is very cozy, the location is great, there are many options of markets nearby, in addition to the vendors' stands in the vicinity, it is 10 mins walk from the waterfront where there are many options of good restaurants tb. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...

The Apartment is complete, close to the beach and the commerce. It is a few meters from the beachfront of Atalaia. Self-checkin and automations make it easy to get in and out routine. Aracaju was surprised. Apartamento da Joseane and Jean, too. Back for sure!

The apartment is extremely well located, right on the waterfront of Atalaia. It has a restaurant with great price on the same street (gilsons). Large, airy and clean apartment. Children's safe, with screen on all windows. Township has a neighbor who is very kind and helped us on a few occasions. The common area of the building does not offer comfort for activities or stay. We missed newer and more varied items in the kitchen, because we were with children and the elderly, the intention was to eat more at home, but in the end we got along. Tatiana kindly separated some crib rolls for my 2-year-old daughter not to roll from the mattress. We had some mishaps during the stay, but in the end Tatiana managed to solve them, that matters. It was a great experience. We would return!

I liked the apartment, I liked the condominium, nothing to complain about, I highly recommend it and see you next time, God willing.
