Direct access from the kitchen and living room to the enclosed patio and terrace with a large lovely hot tub for 6 people. The house is perfect for couples and families. Cozy and modern apartment with separate entrance located in the leafy and family-friendly neighbourhood Kyrkbyn in Barkarby. This is a newly renovated one room apartment, located on the ground floor in our house, with access from our garden. It’s suitable for three adults or two adults and two kids (160 cm bed and two children (110 cm sofa bed). The local commuter trains station is a 5-10 min walk away. Very close to playgrounds, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gym and nature reserves.
